Found this location on yelp and gave it a shot as I was visiting family in Hesperia. Made an appointment with a very nice lady on the other end. Parking was upstairs which was easy access to the location. We walked straight in after paying first. Paid $25 for a foot massage but felt like a complete body massage. It was just wonderful. So far I've had one visit. The staff is courteous. The gentleman at the front desk was patient when I didn't understand him. The lady who did my massage was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me enough to make sure each change was tolerable. She didn't annoy me with the check ins. They give the amount of time they say, exactly one hour. It was very thorough. I walked in miserable with my back pain, walked out feeling like I could actually walk and breathe. I wasn't going to tip but I was so impressed with the results that I did. At the end, they made sure I drank water(ice cold filtered offered by them). And the gentleman gave me a card so that I can earn $20 off after so many visits. It was a decent massage however when it came time to tip that's when I had a problem. I had every intention to tip as the hour and a half went on my masseuse was doing great and in my head I already planned on tipping at least $10 once I had gathered my belongings and headed back to the front, the masseuse apparently thought I was leaving and started shouting oh tip tip I deserve a tip I did good job. That just really rubbed me the wrong way. I kinda just looked at her for a moment and let her know that I was going to tip here and then she suggested I tip her$15 because it was a lot of hard work for her. After that I just have her a $5 and she looked at me like I was so disgusting. I have never been chased down for a tip like that in my life it was kinda funny but also very awkward. I'm not a bad tipper, but when someone begs for a tip, it can be a little weird. This business has some of the most professional masseuses I have ever met. Each one of the ladies has found the painful area in my shoulder and worked it out. Extremely kind and considerate they always have a wonderful disposition. If you are looking for a legitimate massage in the high desert, At Ease Massage is being highly recommended by me. Awesome place for a great massage. They have the poles so that they can walk on your back. I never had that before and they released a lot of tension in my back by doing so. I like a good strong massage and I got one here. Would recommend to anyone. The masseuses here are excellent at asking how much pressure you like. read more

At Ease Massage is just excellent! Every time I go, they're very kind and make me extremely comfortable. The music is so peaceful and always puts me in such a zen state. Every person I've gotten always asks me what pressure I prefer, which I really like because they don't just assume. I've always had a lady, which is nice not having to worry about a man massaging me. They are very affordable, $45 for an hour. Every time I walk in, I walk out feelin' brand spankin' new and so relaxed. For anyone who hasn't gotten a massage, it is full body and you do undress yourself, but the whole time it's very professional and the ladies do an incredible job of not making it awkward and making you pampered. Excellent massage! My therapist worked really hard for an hour and a half. Came in all in knots from having slept in a chair next to a family member in the ICU. My fiancé and I just finished our 1 hour massage and it was super relaxing. The rooms themselves aren't the most high class but they are comfortable and the music was pleasant. The gentleman who greeted us at the front was very welcoming and made sure he asked what areas we would like to have focused on. My masseuse was very tentative and made sure she covered everything. We both got the 1 hour body massage which included hot oil and a warm towel massage. You can opt out of getting your feet done like my fiancé did. INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF: I will never return back there. I received 25 mins and i asked the woman to focus on my neck and lower back and to provide more pressure. The only word in english that she understood was "Lady" so she couldn't even provide me with the right service. Now because I paid with card and had no cash I put a 15% tip on the receipt when I signed it. Then I got my massage. Afterwards the man (most likely owner) and the woman that massaged me were at the front waiting for me. The man asked me to leave her a tip. I explained to him that I already tipped her on the paper and his response was. "That's it? You tip her more." First of all, a tip is based off performance not mandatory and definitely not 20% mandatory. It was incredibly rude. I don't understand how they get any business to be honest. Their sign says $25/ hr massage and you go in and its a foot massage by massage chair. Only gave 2 stars because at least it was clean. Wish I had the "karen let me speak to your manager" vibes to tell them they don't deserve a type. read more

These women are not cmt. The massage was very poor. I took a friend for her birthday and we compared notes and had the same experience. They do not preserve your modesty and much of the time the sheet was not placed properly. The massage itself felt like they were bored and kept rubbing back and forth in the same spot over and over before moving on. We were bored too and couldn't wait for it to be over. Not therapeutic at all. We were slathered with so much oil it was running off our bodies. You have to pay up front and I soon realized I just wasted $120. The ladies are nice but we're obviously all trained the same way by someone who has no idea how to perform a proper massage. If your looking for a good, relaxing, therapeutic massage in this area, this is not the place to go. read more

Me and my husband got our first massage there, was wonderful. BUT we have been there recently, and the young gal giving the massage would stop very often! I thought maybe she was really tired, but she had a towei over my eyes, but I could still see thorough the very bottom of the towell. When she stopped, I realized she was using my paid time to use her, PHONE , QUIETLY TEXTING! I usually enjoy their services, and I am fair, but I will try (1) more time, and if they try this again, we will no longer go there. On aesperate oacation, They tried to switch massage therapists, even though we re requested (female) mid stream they tried to put a man therapist halfway in, but my husband called them on it. I came in with a sore neck and back and although she was putting a lot of pressure that's what I needed. I wish I could give this five stars. My first experience was pretty good. I got an hour and a half massage, but it wasn't what I asked for. I had asked for an hour head/neck massage and a half an hour foot massage. They ended up doing a full body. This is due to the language barrier between myself and the owner/masseuse. He didn't understand what I wanted. Also, during the massage, my masseuse was trying to ask me or tell me something, but I couldn't understand what she was saying, and she got visibly frustrated with me. How is it my fault? If you're looking for a massage in the High Desert this is the place to go!! My wife and I have been customers here for 5-6 years and have never been disappointed with our massages!! I prefer a DEEP tissue massage which they always deliver. My wife likes it to be more gentle. She has never complained about the service there (glad someone can make her happy!). The prices are reasonable for the quality of service they provide. There is plenty of parking (go to the upper level parking). You can call ahead and make an appointment or just walk in! CoCo always has a smile on her face and is as sweet as they come. My wife insists that I have a crush on her...maybe I do, maybe I don't...She is very cute!! They also offer you a card which they mark every time you come in. After the card is filled you get a free massage. Maybe its my imagination....but the free massages seem to feel that much better!!! I was there getting a massage today when I could hear that an inspector was there for a surprise inspection. I could hear him talking to CoCo and telling her that they had one of the nicest and cleanest place he had ever inspected. GREAT endorsement...not that I needed one, but maybe you do.
