Perfect for Sundays in Norway after a weekend of Mayhem

At Home really is a home Superstore. This place is Huge. Think Super Walmart size, but it's all items for your home. Think home decor, rugs, furniture, bath, bedding, patio and garden. They also have a lot of seasonal items for summer and the major themed holidays. From what I remember, their Halloween stuff was pretty cool and they had lots of fake trees at Christmas. Some items are a great deal and some you can probably find elsewhere for cheaper. But if you want options, you should stop in for sure. On this visit, we were looking for wall art and they have many different sizes and types of decor items. Some of these items are gigantic and you may need a truck to get them home. Plenty will fit in a car as well. They even have monstrous clocks if you have a huge wall to fill and still like clocks with hands. In the past, we looked at patio furniture, beds, bar stools, statues, end tables, lamps, rugs, pillows, lights, and many other items. I have made multiple purchases here and continue to go back occasionally if I have a particular need I'm trying to fill. There's so much stuff, it can be overwhelming, but it's organized into sections pretty well. It also has a warehouse feel to it rather than a store, so keep that in mind when you plan a trip. It used to be called Garden Ridge and they did a re-branding about 5 years ago. The store has been here a while even though it did go through a name change. Kind of like Wal-Mart becoming Walmart or Kentucky Fried Chicken becoming KFC.

Gigantic home goods and furniture store on the Waterford Lakes side of town. This location has been several things until finally settling on this store. There overall feel is very warehouse vibe. It has aisles and aisles of products from bar stools to bedding to picture frames. There is one main entryway. Once inside the furniture area is mostly to the right and straight back. Home decor and other supplies are mostly to the left, along with the register check out area. Pricing seems high on some items while others are a deal. Shop around and be sure to look for sale tags and signage. When we went this weekend they were having a good sale on frames, toy bins and party decor. The register area was one of the downfalls. Although it was one line for all registers, it still felt like it moved slowly. Overall: A Super fun home decor and furniture store. Be on lookout for sale tags!!

This store is home decor heaven. I went in thinking it was going to be filled with junk but it's filled with treasures! They have every decor category and loads of selections to choose from. The rug section alone is 1/3 of the store. I have already gone 4 times in two weeks and purchased curtains and organizational items. Their prices are great. At the back of the store they have a section for discounted furniture but beware that it may be damaged. They have a large seasonal section, if you're into that. I'm not. I will be going back for more things in the coming weeks. They don't have too many employees so if you need help with something you might have to walk around and find someone but everyone has been friendly so far. Go with time if this is your first time because the store is huge and you'll want to see everything.

Michael Jackson "Beat It" blares overhead as I glimps a hot pink christmas tree ahead of me, yeah, it's gonna be a dope store. It's very similar to Old Time Pottery, huge, wide variety, fun. Tons of outdoor and indoor decor. The prices are pretty good but a little higher that Old Time Pottery or other similar shops. They have a ton of art and furniture that was unique. This is a stop where you can find cool gifts for anyone. The staff was really nice as well which is a nice addition to a place like this. They had a kids section which I am not used to seeing in spots like this which may be good for holiday shopping. I will def be back.

Orange and blue Christmas trees in August, wow, that is really pushing the season, but if you want an inflatable witch or cat for Halloween, you can find one there also. This store has had a couple of lives but this is truly the most colorful. Eac h wall is painted a different primary color and there is merchandise everywhere. There is so much to look at, you don't know where to look next. Candles, silk flowers, lamps. lampshades, clothing, suitcases, mirrors, picture frames and aisles and aisles of home decor. On one visit I found upholstery fabric, remnants but all I needed was a couple of yards and what a great price. I was able to reupholster the seat cushions on two chairs for less than $10.00. You can find just about anything you might want and lots of tempting things you don't need.

I was waiting for a better sale and their sales associate contacted me and said they are having an aggressive sale on the sofa, but I would need to come in that night. He gave me all the information on how I wanted the sofa set up via text message with the pricing and pieces with tax out the door including warranty exchange. I drove over there late at night dragging my 90-year-old mother with me and he was not there. The store manager read the text message and I told him I wanted it set up just the way the sales designed it. He told me he could not honor the prices at all. In the meantime, I've already given my furniture away to my daughter. So I was forced to get this couch and pay more money than I was told I needed to purchase. The store manager was trying to make up for this difference by selling me extremely overpriced accessories at 50% off. I would not do business again with this company. I tell everyone who I'm in contact with my experience with this company. My couch just over a year the USB port stopped working. Then I find out they never actually give me an extended warranty on the sofa as well. The sales office is not reputable and I think you should be very cautious with your business exchange.

While I was looking around I was gathering items with a cart. Little did I realize I had quite a bit of items and they kept falling down.....A employee asked me if I needed a cart. She then was kind enough to get me one. As I proceeded to walk around and gather stuff another employee came to my aide again. I needed small tiny roses for a project I'm doing. She walked me around three stops and show me different roses for different ideas. Then she recommended me to go to the wedding floral sections they might have tiny roses. She was spot on I was able to find tiny floral roses along with some craft wedding rings. They are following the safety guidelines of wearing mask. Not to mention all the neat items and gems this particular store has to offer. from home décor to cards, arts, crafts, fabrics, floral, and some light furniture as well. One of a kind Gems. If you are looking for something unique and odd this place is for you. I do recommend.

This location in particular is always usually fully stocked and can find great items. It's kinda like treasure hunting; you never know what good deals you'll find! Every now and then you'll see high quality skin care here, and that's usually what I'm fishing for. I remember one time I found Pedicone MD plasma + face and neck cream and I bought all 3 containers on the shelf. At Ulta and online it costs around 65 bucks for 1 container and Tj had it for 16.99 each so when you do the math, those 3 containers still didn't even amount to the price of one elsewhere. I walked out of there feeling like I had won the lottery that day. On another visit I got on the clearance shelf (yes it was unopen) Drunk Elephants' SPF 30 cream, do a google search and see how much it is... who pays almost 50 bucks for an SPF 30?? I paid 9.99. I get a lot of cooking stuff here too, sometimes you'll find cooking spices real cheap or just stuff for the kitchen. Overall, coming here is a good time if you like bargains; enjoy!

I told her I was looking for a new couch for my apartment and browsing their selection. She told me I could not look in the store without her being with me. Zero other customers were subjected to this behaviour (I asked them directly). After being made uncomfortable I left, a few minutes later I returned to approach ping and the rest of the staff and politely asked "why was I told I wasn't allowed to browse the couches when no other customers were". She lied to me infront of the staff and said she did not say that. After trying to lie more she said she saw me and thought I'd be just looking to use the bathroom or waste time. This was blatant discrimination based off of nothing but how I looked and her assumption I could not afford to purchase from there. All of the other staff around her were complicit in this. I said to her that all I wanted was an apology for her discrimination against me and how that made me feel. She refused to do so and turned away from me to hide her name tag. When I asked what her name was all the staff tried to withhold that information from me. This is unacceptable dehumanising behaviour This happened 6-13-26 at around 1pm
