Their prices are fair and reasonable and they send out qualified staff to open and close the pools. We had trouble with our salt-water cell and they ordered the part and returned to install it without us calling to remind them it needed to be done. A few years ago I told the company we were using that I wasn't happy with the pressure from the jets and they just ignored me. Our Char-Nel guy spent 20 minutes figuring out how to get better pressure for us and recommended how to keep the flow strong. It's great now! I have used many local pool companies over the years and I feel like it is usually a run-around to get anything done, but that is not the case with Char-Nel. If I leave a message they actually call you back! I find the ladies to be sweet and their products and service to be great. They have been my pool company for a few years now and I am thrilled to have a reliable honest company that is well-qualified to take care of our pool.
