At home is a really nice home store to go to. I always find things on clearance and I normally only go in there to get Clarence because they can be very very pricey compared to HomeSense. I love their pictures mirrors they're very reasonably priced especially when they're marked down. read more

Love this store for both seasonal and anytime decor. I Came in to find replacements for my paper towel holders. They had many options to choose from. Finally found more velvet hangers in black. I've been redoing my closet and waiting for them to restock. I was glad to find multiple runner options to redo my dining table as well. Unfortunately at check out the cashier Asrom had a terrible attitude. As if he didn't want to be at work today and was just dragging everything along the counter and barely putting in my reach after bagging. Terrible service! I came to buy an animatronic for Halloween which happened to be battery operated only but wanted to see it in action first but the batteries were dead..... 30 minutes later and the employees can't figure out how to replace the batteries, once she finally replaces them, I asked her where can I find it to buy it, tells me to go look at the corner, can't find it and go back to ask her again if they even have it in stock, rolls her eyes at me, checks and tells me to go to Katy and that their store is closed now and leave..... The customer service is lousy, I bought an office chair that was on sale. But when I was going to put it together, the chair had no bolts. I went to the store to make a complain and the cashier told me that they couldn't change because I have to find another with the same reference. And I did, but when I was going to pay, the cashier said that the price of the chair was higher. The price was double what I had bought it for. I did not understand why two identical chairs have two different prices. And the management was not helpful. He was rude and he said that the price of the chair was that of the box and that he could not change it. Basically he doesn't help, he didn't know what to say to me, so he just walked away. What is the customer service offered by at home? That's it never shopping at this store again! They don't care about their customers. read more

This place just always seems like a mess with stuff everywhere And little organization. I'd love to look at the rugs but they are in such disarray it's impossible to see them and there are so many stacked on top of each other it would be such a nightmare to look at them I gave up. Its great to have lots of options to choose from but there is such a thing as offering to much stuff that your store becomes overwhelming ....especially when not organized for easier viewing. read more

This place is okay if you like shopping without being bothered. They have a big selection of items and not crowded at all. At Home use to be Garden Ridge, they just changed the name. Cashier was really nice. The parking lot was a mess, they could use some one to step outside and clean up all the trash in front of the store. The At Home location in Katy, TX off of I:10 is much nicer, more organized, and have a bigger selection to shop from. read more

Overpriced. We saw a faux palm tree for $129. The SAME tree at Home Goods was only $99! Big selection of stuff, but much of it is low quality, unattractive, and overpriced. We bought a set of four matched drinking mugs. Two of them had a red "Reduced" price sticker on them. The rude checkout girl did not want to reduce the price on the two that had no 'Reduced' sticker on them, even though they were ALL the SAME IDENTICAL items! I am the customer. I should not have to argue and explain that four identical items should not have two different prices! Very rude staff and only one checkout person means long checkout lines. Never again. It a nice concept. This particular store is very messy and disorganized. Nothing seemed to be in its proper place, and the prices aren't visible. It's rivals prove to be of better value. It's like an oversized Home goods store, but more expensive and less organized. Really, really messy. However, if you are looking for something in a particular color for a specific part of your home you are more likely to find it here. This has got to be the worst At Home I've been to. This is due to the lack of customer service. I went this past Sunday around 6 in the evening there were workers walking around on their phones, workers on the phones at the registers. I had to walk all the way to the front of the store for assistant with a floor mirror to find a young man scrolling on his phn at the register, he then asked another young man who was also on his phn to assist me. I ended up getting the mirror myself, with no one asking if I needed assistance getting it in my car. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN you are at work put the phn down!!!! People take no pride in their jobs these days. Mostly because they have not been taught anything smh. I was happy to actually find a floor mirror I liked after looking for months. Bought lot of products from At Home Aliana . After few weeks onwards products started having problems . Tried to return the big picture frame ($119) , they declined b'z it's frame was very poor quality wood . Now we have lot of trash worth $1000+ from AtHomes ! The staff are very rude & treat the people very bad . I will never go back to AtHome again . They are actually selling trash products ( substandard ) to our Neighborhoods and making millions from people . Buy those items from the trusted store that are existing long time with us . These people are doing bad business with very cheap products and jackup the price 25% to 50% more than competitors ! read more

The selection is good but the service is terrible. Was shopping on a Saturday afternoon and spent 15 minutes in the checkout line. Reason was that there was only one cashier open and this was for returns as well. There were several employees walking around the area. Did not seem any concern with the lines. read more
