I like to Lobby Barbi to get a new Hobby, but this is unrelated to that. Not the best location of Hobby Lobby but also not the worst. Barbi likes coming in here and usually finds what she needs so that is a positive. They're not as cheap as they used to be, but it's definitely not bad down here in Rosenberg. Better than some of the Houston locations. read more

I always come here because they have a good selection of items. I come here almost every week because I live nearby and it's convenient. I went in today with no plans in buying anything in particular. I normally just walk down the front aisles, but I decided to walk through the whole store since I had free time. I went to the very far side of the store and saw that they had a clearance section. They had some cute stuff and put some stuff in my cart. I went to check out and there were two goddess like planters that I thought were cute. I go to the register and the cashier is ringing up my items. I let her know that I had two that were the same, but only one had the price on it. In the past, they double check to make sure it's the same item and they just put the price in the register. She scanned one and put the price in manually, wrapped it in paper, and put it in my bag. She looked at the second item that was the same as the first and she said that she wouldn't be able to sell it to me. I asked why because she had already scanned the first one. She literally took the item out of the bag, unwrapped it, and told me that the price is wrong and that she wouldn't be able to sell it to me. What kind of customer service is that!? The manager came over and she scanned it. She gave me a reason for not selling it, but I didn't quite understand it because she was using lingo that only an employee would know, but afterwards she said that she couldn't sell it to me. Makes no sense when a second ago the cashier had rang one up and put it in my bag. Horrible customer service. The sign says that they're 50% off, but a lot of the items were more than 50% off. She was willing to sell it to me for the half off, but not the sticker price that was advertised? read more

Always better than Michael's in selection. And Michael's is great. But Hobby Lobby's own MT brand provides a lot more quality options for people who don't want to spend an arm and a leg on supplies. read more

Unsure about the staff here. Very rude and unpleasant cashiers. If the only line is LONG, you either help out by offering to take customers on your "employee only" line OR you call for back up. The backup comes and doesn't even say anything. Im giving three stars because the other lady was very helpful and walked me to the area where I needed to be. She also explained that it was chaotic in the store with renovations and things being moved around so I appreciate that. read more

Not sure if this location is in a bad area but this store always has bad service. Long lines, with employees that are less than helpful. Walked in to the store today showed the items I wanted to return to the assistant manager, (I believe Aaron is his name) and let him know that I had two items to return. Waited 25 minutes in line, showed him the card that I used with the items that I wanted to return. Although the items were listed he refused to give me a refund or store credit. Price tag still on the items inside the bag. read more

I LOVE hobby lobby I can ALWAYS find what I need . With that being said it's very disappointing that on my visit to hobby today 04/09/24 I was in line and noticed it was rush hour which is fine I was in no rush and was patient. I noticed that they had a manager up from watching her cashiers . I decided to get in line . The cashier at the register was with a customer and i was the second and only left in that line . I noticed the manager was looking at me and soon overheard the manager telling the cashier that the customer he was attending would be his last customer. I was very upset because she had seen I was in line and didn't ask me to move into another register she only just stared at me . With that being said I had a very poor visit and bad service. read more

There is a Michael's across the highway from here, and after visiting both I can confidently say Hobby Lobby has a better selection. This store is huge. Not only do they sell crafty things, but they also have a lot of home decor to choose from. Monogram letters are all the rage, so you can get a wide variety of them here; some are even 4 feet tall! This is also a great place to visit if you're throwing themed parties, as the closest Party City is further up 59 in Sugar Land. I saw an entire section dedicated to mustaches and labeled "Mustache bash". I must host one now! I ended up walking away with some cheap, cute red buckets that I can use for my Yelp marketing booths. A great outlet for all things crafty and party. read more

This store does a great job of maintaining selection. Every time I need something crafty or decorative, I go here. They do a great job of offering coupons to customers. If anything, I get overwhelmed by the number of different choices for everything they have. Their metal sign offering is fantastic. read more

I enjoy shopping in Hobby Lobby - regardless of location. However, the location in Rosenberg has issues. I checked out and was charged for 4 identical flowers, but only purchased one. I gave them a coupon at checkout and was credited against the lowest priced item I had purchased. I thought my bill was high, but did not ask because the unreasonably long lines and only two checkers - another employee was standing in front chatting with one of the checkers - Really?? I wanted to resolve problem in Lake Jackson (closer to where I live), but the Lake Jackson representative said that Rosenberg would have to access camera and verify my purchases - I can only resolve in Rosenberg. And - I have called Rosenberg 4 times this morning to discuss. Their phone rings many times and then hangs up. read more

I have had Horrible service multiple times, including the manager! And their pricing system is ridiculous- after leaving the store and looking at my receipt there is always discrepancies! I will definitely use Michael's instead from now on. read more
