Whose dumb idea was to paint the entire store blue? A five-year-old doing a Google search for psychology behind Blue color will see first thing: "Excessive or inappropriate use of blue, especially in certain combinations, can create a perception of coldness, distance, or even emotional unavailability". This is exactly what it feels like here. A huge blue warehouse that is cold, unavailable and stinks so bad that All I wanna do is leave as soon as possible. Don't need to be a corporate shark to see a recipe for failure. As you walk around, there's just nothing really that stands out that I would buy. So I have been shopping at the location in the LBC and decided to finally check if one was in my area. When I saw this location, I knew I had to take a drive to Tustin. Upon arrival, I was in awe because this location is a superstore. This store is huge and is 10 times bigger than the one in the LBC. Aisles are pretty small so be careful when pushing around a cart. If you never shopped here, this place is amazing. It is like a designers paradise on a budget. You can find really good deals on patio furniture, garden decor, and any thing you need for your home. Whether it be for the living room, kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom, you will find it here. They tend to have lots of sales so if you are looking for something at a reasonable price, I suggest you visit this store. Make sure to check out the seasonal items because you can find everything your little heart desires. They were barely bringing out Halloween items, so I will for sure be back. Make sure to also download the app or sign up for the rewards program to receive money back and coupons for your visit. read more

I absolutely LOVE At Home, but I'm so sad that they are closing soon! I was told that their liquidation starts this Thursday. I think of this place like a home decor Costco with affordable prices and a ton of variety. They keep sending me coupons for $25 and $5 plus a 20% off coupon.. all of which are available ane must be redeemed by Sept 3, 2025, but when I get to the store I'm told they have already been used! This is like Disneyland. My referred my to this place, and I'm so happy I came and gave it a chance. This place has everything for all the holidays but also just have beautiful decor for your home. Everything is neatly placed, and all the aisles are color coordinated to the theme. It's very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I went over board for my new Christmas decorations and I still have to come back for more. Corrine the cashier was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and upsell. She suggested the sale items that I didn't pay attention to. Guess what it was such a good price that I bought it. She helped me with the proper bagging. Corines made sure to get back up cashiers for the person behind me because my purchase was very large. She acknowledged every individual, multitasked and I told her how refreshing it is to have this service. It's genuine and it was also my first time here. She signed me up for the point reward program, which is a must. I can't wait to go back and finish my Christmas project with their items. I ordered a few items to be picked up at this location. The items included a towel rack, a kitchen runner and two accent rugs. The guy who picked up my order put my stuff on the filthy floor by the register and then asked me to verify my information. Not sure sure why he put my items on the floor. He could've left them in the shopping cart or at least put them on the counter pending verification. I was so annoyed. I demanded a clean bag. The guy who put my purchase on the floor pawned it off to the girl at the register. He simply walked away. It appears that common sense is in short supply at this location. The store in Foothill Ranch has a more professional staff with common sense. They're not going to place your items on the floor so they can get dirty. read more

Don't even bother. I only see one employee throughout the entire time I was there doing everything all while the supposed manager's sit around and gossip while bossing their other employees who are literally just kids to do their bitting absolutely disgusting. Honestly its no wonder this business is going to fall if this is how they treat their employees. read more

I do like this place for a few home decor things and the quality seems good for the most part. The place is huge so they do have a great selection. The pricing is high though. For a lot of the products, I feel that you can get it at other places for less but they may not have it most of the time. The store is quiet and for the most of the time pleasant. One my second visit a week ago, I was going back for a couple more of the pillows I had bought the week before. When I could not find them, I found an associate who looked in the computer and said there was 1 left of one, and 3 of the other. The store manager was WONDERFUL and got involved helping me dig around until we found both. Great customer service! The associates are very nice and super helpful. I found the store to be clean and fairly easy to navigate given its size and depth of products. I joined their free perks program, and they give out 10% coupons in my email. This store is huge, but had a lot of neat houseware stuff. *hint - they send ALOT of emails, so I quickly found if I hit unsubscribe I got an option to just get emails condensed to once a week -plenty for me! read more

Wow! I was amazed at the huge selection available here. If you're looking for home decor ideas, this is a must go! There are aisles and aisles of just pillows, lamps, chairs, pots, rugs, fake plants, and any knick knacks you can think of. The only thing missing that I would love to see was knobs. The best time to shop here is when they open at 10 AM. At Home had the gardening pots I've been coveting 'on sale' at a 'buy one get one half off' price. I'm one happy gardener! Also picked up some new placemats in a neutral tone. And those were also on sale. A four-pack/set. I also saw a cute blue and white Asian-style tea kettle on the clearance shelf and then spotted the matching cups a few columns away. I almost bought it, but since I already have one, I didn't really need it. But wow, super cute! I cruised all of the decor they had for your yard: lanterns, windchimes, spinning things, birds, banners, message boards, and wreaths, too. Just a wealth of things in summer styles and even some that would get you really for July 4th. Seat cushions are also a great buy here. read more

I'm so glad they opened up an At Home in Irvine! I used to go to the one in Foothill Ranch but have been going to this location recently. At Home carries EVERYTHING you can think of for your home. I love shopping for everything from my home here from holiday decorations to outdoor furniture. Prices are pretty decent (although more expensive than HomeGoods and TJ Maxx) but the selection is a lot bigger. I could spend hoursssss at At Home! read more

The staff at this place is absolutely amazing. I love the manager he's very responsive very respectful and very nice. He works very hard and I saw him solve multiple problems at one time. The staff had no problem helping me load items into my truck, or aid in my for assistance with other things, and treating me very well when I checked out. I feel like it is a place that actually cares that I am there to shop, not like a lot of other stores where they just want you to get out of there so that they don't have to help you.
