If I could give them 0 stars I would. I drove an hour and a half to view a couch they did not have in the warehouse. They had a couch on offer up I was interested in. I asked: " Is this available, if so are you located, in West Covina?", they sent me the address to their Santa Ana warehouse. Drove to Santa Ana from San Fernando Valley only to be told it's not here. The salesman told me "I should have been more specific with my question on Offer Up". The absolute nerve! It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that when I asked if it was available, and for their location, that implied I was interested in viewing it in person. read more

Purchaed a TV stand for $850. Once I opened the box to assemble I noticed a crack in the wood on the front panel of the stand. It was on a preassembled portion. I immediately reported it to Matt at Tempo Collection on January 2nd. He then responded on January 2nd that he needed me to send them photos and he would work out an exchange with Ashley Furniture. Today, March 5th, I finally received an email from Tempo (after calling and texting them 5 times) offering me a $75 refund. I explained that I Purchaed a new item and wanted it exchanged for another new product without a crack. He said my only option was to accept a $75 refund. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I am speaking with Ashley Furniture now and they explained that it is 100% up to the retail store to exchange or replace an item. So Tempo waited 2 months to provide me a lie. BEWARE that if you purchase from Tempo collection and something is damaged that you will be stuck with the damaged product and they will push you off and delay you. Unfortunately, for them, I won't settle for this. Small claims court is my next stop. Pictures included. Crack may look minor but it's all the way through the wood and when you apply pressure to the top of the cabinet the crack opens up. Email pic shows their response to me after 2 months. The claim "Ashley offered me $75 refund" - Ashley support told me that is not true, they explained this retailer could have taken it back and exchanged it. You've been warned! read more

Wow! This furniture store is a hidden gem. Every single piece of furniture is unique, beautiful and elegant. We bought a farmhouse style grey/antique white tv stand with sliding doors. I'll post a picture of the model they had in their showroom. The prices are very affordable for the quality you get. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for. You can tell the owner has a very good eye when selecting furniture for his store. Before you try other furniture stores, save yourself some time and check this place out! I bought a dining set with bench for over $1,500 somewhere else and we thought we got a good deal. They had a similar (even better) one here for $800. Would give ZERO STARS if I could! CHEAP LOW QUALITY FURNITURE AT A PREMIUM! Everything is made out of pressed wood. The type of furniture that would chip from the slightest bit of stress. Do not go here expecting any kind of hospitality. Very cold place. Another thing, STOP SPAMMING OFFERUP!! This guy " TIM TEMPO" and "MATT TEMPO" have been FLOODING OfferUp with literally hundreds of posts a week. Especially Tim, he has two accounts which is against OfferUps guidelines as is spamming their site. I've been reporting them and their posts to OfferUp and it's only a matter of time before they get permanently banned! Currently talking to OfferUp customer support about banning you. Seriously guys you can't afford ads like a normal business?? I understand posting once a week. But all day? Its the most annoying thing when trying to furnish your home! I love this store. It's like a smaller version of IKEA but much easier to get around. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the pricing I would say is about 10 to 20% less than what the items would cost at IKEA. All their furniture does come in boxes and you have to assemble it yourself but I actually enjoy doing that sort of thing. I would definitely recommend the store to everyone and I will continue to buy my furniture from this place. read more

Absolutely amazing staff, I came in expecting to wait at least 2 weeks for delivery on a dining table, and they completely offered delivery same day, I was overwhelmed with joy due to this being the first dining table in our new home. I would just like to state what absolute rude and unprofessional service I was provided from the "Manager." Now, I work in customer service, so I am a very understanding person. I had originally put a deposit down for a desk on Monday. And due to everything that has been going on with the pandemic, I was faced with some hardships and called the very next day to cancel my deposit. The manager who I thought was friendly at first, said he remembered me and that he would be happy to refund me my deposit. I sent my mother because again, I was not able to leave my home due to hardships, and when she arrived he was very rude, aggressive and condescending towards her saying he will not refund our deposit and my mother feared for her safety as again, he was being incredibly aggressive. Now again, I work in customer service and I understand there are terms and conditions and I am not upset at the fact that he would not give me my deposit. I am aware that stores have policies and I completely understand. What I am upset about is why didn't he tell me from the beginning that I could not get a refund? I called to ask and he said it was PERFECTLY OKAY and then he changes his demeanor and acts aggressive. Why didn't he set this expectation? Had he set the expectation by telling me "I'm sorry, per your agreement that you signed, we can't refund you" I would have been PERFECTLY OKAY with that answer. Now, my poor mother was verbally abused by this man. I got my refund. But if this is the kind of service that a manager has, he needs training. As you don't know what each person has going for you to act so rude and aggressive towards them. Maybe have a little sympathy next time, because I will make sure never to recommend a place that has such an awful manager. To the manager, I hope you never encounter a person as awful as you were acting. I hope one day, when you are having a bad day you remember how aggressive you were and you are treated the opposite of how you acted. Maybe you will learn from them to act less childish and act like a mature adult. As I know there must have been another reason for you to have earned your position as a manager. read more

Quick and easy! We came in needing a living room sofa fast and this company came through quickly. From the management to Sean helping us has been nothing but a blessing during this crisis. We even had a huge emergency issue that came up overnight as well, and I was able to get easy quick financing in less than ten minutes. They are willing to working with everyone and anyone. Everything looked great as far as the pictures posted, so my husband and I took a 30 minute drive. We walked in and to our surprise, everything was super high quality like Living Spaces or Mathis Brothers except with way better prices!! There was beautiful artwork, rugs, living room sets, dining sets, beds and much more! Matt the owner was super friendly and personable.
