We recently got a kitten and I can not tell you the attention each and every staff member has given our cat at each visit. We never feel pressured into doing any kind of costly procedure or vaccinations that we are not sure our pets need. The prices are also very comparable and fair and the Dr's and staff are always able to take the time to answer any question (and I always have a lot) during your visit. The office staff is also very friendly and organized, always calling the day before an appointment to remind you of times and very friendly. They even offer an on-line service where you can see all of your pets vet records, which is very helpful.

He is Semi Retired & only working certain Days & Hours of his choice( he has one foot in the Vets office & one foot out the door into his own Precious, Private, World at home-( He comes & goes as he pleases & when it suits his needs he just up & leaves the Vet); even if you call to explain that your animal is dying- He will yell at you and tell it's all your fault, your problem & to go elsewhere. Here are some examples: He has called me during late hours on Friday evenings & with dire prognosis of my pet's health only to give very vague analysis (leaving me with suspicion that he does not fully understand what he has just relayed to me at last minute) & on several occasions when I've tried to return his calls in order to get some clarity: He screams Bloody Murder as to how DARE I CALL HIM ON HIS HOME PHONE & TO NEVER TO CALL HIM THERE AGAIN!!!! This has Prompted me to realize that I have to literally wait by the phone for his incoming call. If I was shown to be frustrated & upset at from his message, since he does not have charts & explanations in front of him: he has even gone as far as to have slammed the phone in my face, knowing full well that I cannot call him back. Unless you don't mind dealing with a Sadistic Vet doctor who MICROMANAGES your DOGS health on the Fly & on the Run meanwhile, charging you with Astronomical amounts of Money each time: then this sociopathic Doctor is for you. I just wished to have never gone to this Rotten Man of a Vet Doctor!!!

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kathy Bremer at XTerra Dalmatians

We came here years back with our loving boy cat when he was having some issues and was slowly passing away. They turned us away. We ended up driving over an hour for another vet to help us. Fast forward to today my boyfriend called having a question about our girl cat we've had for almost 8 months. They couldn't answer anything and turned us away yet again because they're not accepting new patients. Why be open? Or why not advertise that you guys just simply don't help or are not even willing to. I'm not really one to complain but I don't see how they're still in business. Go anywhere else where your time and your loving baby will be prioritized. Update: so yesterday after I wrote my review I decided I was going to call them stating (nicely) they should say they're not accepting new patients. Darlene was at the "front desk" and honestly she was rude. She tried turning the problem back on me. She was beating around the bush and trying to make it seem like I was the problem. "I should have this, I should have that". She stated they could only give out general information and not advice..okay well she didn't even answer the general questions. The way she was talking to me I really wanted to break out of character but I'm not going to stoop down to her level. Please go anywhere else where you and your concerns will be taken seriously instead of some "lady" trying to play the blame game. Go spend your hard earned money some where else. Obviously this place doesn't care about how they treat their customers so I highly doubt they'd give your loving animal the attention and care they deserve.

Thats unacceptable to me.I was handed an estimate and I started making notes for things I didn't want. The lady running in and out tells me I cant cross things out. I said I didn't. She looks and says you cant write on there either. Then says " All you are signing is that I showed this to you" How stupid do you think people are? My one positive, which is why I gave 2 stars, is the antibiotic medication they gave her, along with multiple injections that my dog may or may not have gotten, solved her problem. Of course, I followed up at my own vet.

I know that I could not come inside, but I totally understood because my dog does get nervous around other dogs. His anxiety levels just go up the roof, when he's with other dogs. This worked out great for the both of us. This was beneficial to my my dogs health. The vet was very nice, and very knowledgeable. She called me many times to explains the different things that they were going to do to Gizmo. I was nervous myself because a few month ago Gizmo was playing somewhat rough with a family member and he's kind of older now, and his front teeth became loose. also of course because he is very rough with hes toys and tends to pull and bite hard on the toys. luckily, I found this wonderful place and they resolved the problem. He's is doing so good. I'm so glad I took him to this wonderful place, they gave him the best care, I thank all the employees specially the Veterinarian. They were extremely kind to Gizmo. They even trimmed his nails a not cost. I really appreciate them with he bottom of my heart. Now at least I know that Gizmo is not in pain and hes definitely in good shape after his blood test were done. it shows he's doing very well health wise. So other problem found. That was relieve for me, I definitely trust them. I will make sure I take my other baby Onyx to them for her vaccines. Thank you guys!
