This is my favorite Thai restaurant I've been to in the area. My favorite dish that I've had is the garlic and pepper tofu. It's balanced, wonderfully flavorful, and made with high quality ingredients. I also love the flavor and quality of the curries, but they're a bit too spicy for me, even when I ordered them as mild as they could make them. This includes the yellow curry, which is their most mild curry. This is coming from someone loves the spice level of sriracha. I will also mention that I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and clearly very loved. The service was also great. When the curry was too spicy for me, they brought me some cream to add to it, per my request. When that didn't cool it down, they took it back to the kitchen and brought it back, tamed down a bit. I will also share that each employee I've interacted with is professional and friendly. I will continue going here while I still live in the area. I have done take out from At Nine countless times in the last 1.5 years (during covid) and would highly recommend them. They are probably my favorite Thai around the southern Denver area. This was a drop-in on spur of moment. People were pleasant, friendly and attentive. We had crab cheese wontons to start - excellent. We each ordered an entree - sweet sour wok fry and pad Thai chicken. Big mistake - food was great but way too much for us to consume. This was a very good meal. read more

*Update* I've since decided this is my favorite Thai place. Think my first visit they were still sorting things out. Food and service here are great. We come once a week. --------------------- First time here - food was decent, not amazing. They use a spice scale of 1-5. I had the drunken noodles with chicken, level 4. Wasn't spicy at all. Flavors were okay, just wish it had (a lot) more heat. My companion is vegan - don't come here if that's your jam. The only thing on the menu they could make vegan was the curry. We ordered it level 5+. Extra hot. Wasn't spicy at all. Also, the salad came with a ranch-like dressing in it. :/ There's other Thai places around more veg / vegan friendly. I am from Florida came here for vacation. So craving for Thai food, untilI met this restaurant. I ordered Drunken Noodles. It's really delicious! Great flavor. I like the atmosphere inside this restaurant, very relaxing and quiet. Great service and nice servers. My food came out really fast. At Nine Thai, you're a Nine out of 10. Found this place on Yelp as my friend and I were looking for places to eat near the area, and the pictures of the Khao Soi sold me. Everybody, get it. Noodles in a creamy curry broth with your choice of protein - it is so good! Service is phenomenal. They have the sweetest souls and are on top of their game. I'll be back! Really good Thai food. Probably best in the area. Curries and noodles are really great especially the pineapple curry. Only problem was the heat index. I ordered 4/5 hot and my son ordered 3/5. He had trouble eating his. Mine had almost no spice at all. To be fair they were quite busy they probably need another cook or waiter on weekend nights. Other than the spice level they served one person at a time which meant that in my party of four the first person served was half done before the last got served. I've experienced this before at a Thai restaurant so not sure if it's a cultural thing or not. Otherwise great experience and nice environment. read more

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Colorado- maybe even my favorite in the states. I lived in Thailand for 6 months and my favorite was Khao Soi when I was in Chiang Mai. The Khao Soi is amazing and so is the chicken satay, pad see ew and Tom Kha Gai. If it wasn't over $100 for my family of 5 to eat I'd go weekly. Delicious Thai food!!!!! Amazing!!! We were just in the area and so hungry, we picked this one cos it was 4 minutes away. But oh my God, amazing Thai food. We got Yellow Curry with chicken at spice level 2 and it was so tastyyyy. We also got pineapple friend rice with chicken at spice level 5, it cleared out my sinuses. Amazing food. I don't get it why this place have a such high rating?! The service was super unprofessional, seems like the waitress was very unhappy to see our table for 6. She was very rushed and inpatient with us. I get it it's a casual place but come on, can servers have some sort of dress code? Waitress was wearing jogging sport pants and stretched tshirt. Really? Food was just mediocre. Red curry was so liquidy almost like a soup. Vegetarian pad Thai was just edible nothing spectacular. And also no alcohol! Finally, an authentic and delicious Thai restaurant. Not sure how we missed this place until yesterday as they've been opened now for 5 months. The only other Thai restaurant we've been to in the area is Udom Thai on University and At Nine Thai is definitely a notch above. We had the satay, pork dumplings, and crispy spring rolls to start. All full of flavor and our kids loved the satay. I had the panang curry which was filled with white meat and the flavor was spot on. My husband had the pad see ew and it tasted like my last pad see ew dish I had in Thailand when I was there years ago. Coming from NYC, it's tough to find good authentic ethic flavors. My wife and I stumbled across At Nine today. What a treat! This place must be new (liquor license pending), and they are making a great first impression. Beautiful art and photography on the walls. Decorative metal wall covering and black and red color scheme. Nice tables and booths with just the right spacing. I ordered the Pad Thai and my wife got the green curry. Our server offered a spicy level selection from 1-5. I think we both did 3 or medium and it came out perfect. Nice amount of heat but still bursting with other flavors. The portions were generous, and the pork, noodles, veggies, and sauce were very, very good. Wife loved hers as well. We will be back within the week. read more

Very fast and friendly service for take out. Drunken noodles were very good, and the portion was generous. Curry puffs were good too. Don't be a tough guy and order your food spicy unless you mean it - I got my noodles medium and they were good and spicy. We have been coming here for years.. before and during the pandemic.. the food is great.. but tonight's service was absolutely horrible and we probably won't come back. We were seated right away- and the waitress brought four glasses for water.. but never filled them.. we waited 15 minutes and finally I just got up and grabbed the water pitcher and filled our own glasses. No one bothered telling us that they don't have menus- just the QR code on the wall that everyone has to get up, walk over to the wall to scan.. ridiculous. I'd get rid of that asap.. get a menu that people can look at.. our kids don't have phones so they just sat there and waited to look at their options.. food was just fine.. $85 for 4 of us- 2 yellow curry and 2 drunken noodle.. one coke and one tea. Pricey. The waitress never came back around to check on us- we sat and waited for at least 30 minutes to get to-go containers and our check.. finally my husband got up and grabbed a couple of styrofoam containers himself- the waitress saw him- and scolded him like a child.. if she was even doing her job we wouldn't have had to get our own water or containers. Then she proceeded to grab ALL the rest of the containers and took them into the back like a child having a fit. Still had to ask twice for our check after that. It takes a lot to upset my husband- but the fact that she reprimanded him in a restaurant full of people like he was an child- we definitely will not return. Do your job so we don't have to. If this waitress doesn't want to be there- go home.. your lack of service speaks volumes. Plenty of Thai restaurants in the area to choose from. Lesson learned tonight. read more

I love this restaurant. The food is always good. They have not creeper up the spicy level either. Usually when I find a good Thai restaurant the level 1 gets spicier and spicier until I have to abomdon them. This place has not done that. My in laws and husband can enjoy level 3 and 4 while I can enjoy level 1 like I like to. The red curry is great. The drunken noodles are great. The service is always on point. The restaurant is always clean. The Thai tea is delicious. I eat here regularly and am so happy to have a great Thai place in Highlands Ranch . Third time is always a charm. Came on a Sunday night this time around 8pm. We ordered duck noodle soup, khao soi, pad see ew, Thai ice tea, and mango sticky rice. What a feast! New stuffs I tried this time is the khao soi and mango sticky rice. The Khao soi is pretty much a curry noodle soup, noodle was not soggy at all, meat was tender, and the curry sauce was absolutely flavorful, love it! Mango sticky rice was also as good as the ones I'd get in Asia. They are not overwhelming busy at this time, so the dishes come out fast, and service was definitely good. Be this this place three times now. The jist: the servers are super friendly, so I feel bad giving them a 3 star review, but in all honesty I go out to eat for the food not the service. Then when it comes to the food, I mean lame would be the best way to describe it. It wasn't balanced like good Thai food should be, almost everything was overly sweet. Secondly the spice is non existent. The third time I went I got the same dish I had on my second outing. It is labeled as spicy on the menu, but trust me it's not. So I told the waitress to make it twice as spicy as they would make it. It came out and it was still kindergarten level heat. Don't get me wrong I've been to Thai places that make there food way to spicy, but this place it's just a joke. So in short if you are someone who can't stand a single flake of chili in there food, or have no understanding of what real Thai food is then you might enjoy this place. Our go to for Thai takeout. Moving here from San Francisco, it is difficult to find great, authentic ethnic restaurants. This has been among the better Thai restaurants in the DTC area. We have only done takeout here, never dined inside. read more

This is probably one of my favourite Thai restaurant in South Denver area. My spiciness limit is 3 out of 5, which what they call "Medium Spicy". Level 4 involved a lot of water and teary eyes. Level 5 is definitely Thai Spicy. So, beware of your own decision. When in doubt, just go Mild. read more

I love my local Thai restaurant but decided to try a new spot and found At Nine here on Yelp. Overall The flavor was quite good but I wouldn't order the same "Crispy Chicken Pad Thai" again. It's probably quite good if eaten at the restaurant but after steaming in the takeout container unfortunately it was more like "Soggy Chicken Dough Balls." They use some type of spice that makes the pad Thai look an off pink color which is a little odd but the flavor was quite good. I also had black pepper garlic chicken and chicken satay and that was all quite tasty. Fortunately the chicken satay rescued the Pad Thai as I didn't find the soggy dough balls very edible.
