Placed online orders from other retail companies and at least received a tracking number within 3 business days. Item was meant to be a gift and was hoping to at least have item shipped last week. Made a complaint to customer service asking for an update because not shipped yet and their response admitted that this is outside their normal processing time. I then responded to them asking them for transparency as to what is causing the delay, but they have not yet responded. Other reviews/complaints on Better Business Bureau confirm same disappointment from other customers who made online purchases.
