The classes are like 45-50mins and the children get to run off their energy. They have many balance things setup and many trampolines. Every class, they teach them 2 gymnastic stills. The teachers are always patient and are wonderful with the children. My daughter loves it and always begs to go. The only knock is the parking is usually just up and down the street it's on.

On days when I need to decompress and relax, I can take a Restore or Stretch and Release class. Sara has such a calming presence and leads such a mindful, restorative practice; it's exactly what I need after a stressful day. On days when I'm craving more of a challenge and want to keep building strength, there's plenty of options. I always enjoy their hot yoga classes, and I've really come to love the newer Strength and Bar classes too. Beyond the classes themselves, the studio just has a wonderful environment. I always feel welcome the moment I walk in. I can't recommend The Yoga Lab enough!
