Then I got a financial advisor and she told me to go to On Call Accounting & Tax Services out in Hampton Bays, NY. First of all, I'm paying much less than my old guy because I'm not paying Manhattan prices! I worked with Rhonda Cohen on preparing two years of taxes which I was very late on. Because I'm based in Manhattan, I wasn't able to visit their office in person. Rhonda was very helpful in talking to me over the phone and we pretty much took care of everything by email/regular mail.
