Staff are very friendly. Great environment most people are very friendly. And everybody is helpful to help.

I have been going to this gym for a year now and it feels like home. This gym still has plenty of machines for aerobic exercising and weight lifting. I have been using the weight lifting machines more now and they are worth the membership fee. The other members are extremely friendly and helpful. It is the people that make this place special. The staff ensure that all the machines are clean. The gym is never full when I visit. There is always an available machine for me. I love that the place is open 24 hours a day. read more

Liked the gym enough, was moving so I had to cancel, decide to cancel just before my move so I can go until I leave. They charged me an extra month to cancel. So I have to pay for the remainder of this month plus my next billing date and so I'm paying for 6 weeks I'm not even gonna be in the state. read more

I belonged to this gym for a couple of years. Happy with it. 5 months ago I got a message that my bill was due. I was in the hospital for 20 days then I moved. I responded to the text, explained, and asked to close my account. Didn't hear another word. This morning they took $79+ from my checking account. I called and was informed that the charges were for the months I didn't pay plus service charges. The "manager" told me there is nothing he could do and there is no head office to call. if this is the way you do business I'm glad I am away from this company and I would never, under ANY circumstances, go back. Austin the manager is unprofessional. The kids working here ignore you when you walk up to get a hydromassage or tanning then get mad when u walk into the beds . Do yourself a huge favor and go to dac instead . Way better and way more professional staff. read more

Rude staff . Old equipment. you'll fall off the ab machine bc it's broken. You walk up to front to get tanning or massage and get ignored ..... manager named Austin is very insecure and has issues. they have lame police officers who stare at ppl that look better than them as well. I've been coming to this gym for a few years. It has all of your basic workout equipment. It's great to get a quick workout in. It's convenient with multiple locations around town. Its open 24 hours so it's perfect if you ever want to want to work out early or late nights. This gym has your typical lockers and showers. If you have the membership that includes everything, you can go to multiple locations, tanning, and they have new hydro massage chairs. The vibe here is pretty chill. Everyone minds their workout and no one bothers you. read more

Got pretty irritated going tanning and they gave me the broke bed everytime. So the last time I went in and she gave it to me again so I said are the other beds not open she said yes I said well can you put me in one that isn't broken she said yes.. anyways I don't believe I should have had to ask to not be in the broken bed and when I say broke I mean you push the button and it doesn't display a time you have to wait the full 5 min and it will then turn on. I had to dress myself back up and go ask why the first time it happened, like no heads up hey it's broke you gotta wait till it decides to come on .. people I got shit to do other than standing naked in a mirror waiting for that crap to turn on. read more

I've been an ATC member for several years here in Olive Branch. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and the place is always very clean. This is not the largest atc in the area but it does have a wide variety of cardio and weight equipment. Since it is open 24 hours and seven days a week, it is very convenient. Recommend!! read more

I actually enjoy working out here. Staff is friendly and it has plenty of equipment. My only gripe is that it is small and it doesn't have the selection of equipment like it's Southaven location. And I'm to cheap to pay the additional fee to go to any location. read more

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly. However, if you try to cancel your membership be prepared for a very annoying experience. I left the olive branch area in May of last year. I sent an email to the email address listed on the contract specifically for the purpose of canceling the account. Fast forward to March of this year when I finally got them to cancel the account. For over ten months they continued to bill me even after I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls. What finally worked was sitting on the phone line with one of their membership people and emailing their work account directly instead of the support account that is supposed to be specifically set up for this purpose. Even then it took almost a week to get a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation. I recommend not doing business with these people. read more

This is the 3rd same issue I've had with ATC since I've joined them. We cancelled our accounts with them cause we joined lifetime. Since July they have still been charging me. I have no updates no info telling me my account is still open. Now I'm in collections over a gym membership I haven't been to in almost a year. I'm going to follow up with management and corporate if they do not fix this issue they have caused for a third time I'm going to get authority involved. They're fraudulent!!! read more

If you stay at the Fairfiled Inn just a couple of doors down, you get free access to the ATC gym! This gym sure beats the tiny gym inside Fairfiled Inn that just has 3 treadmills. The gym at ATC is spacious (lots of room to stretch!) with about 2 long rows of cardio machines and lots of weight equipment. Everything is in great condition and the locker room was pretty clean. read more

I really enjoy this facility. My husband and I have been attending this gym for over 10 years. The machines are always clean and in good working order. No one is hugging multiple machines. People are courteous and friendly. We never have to wait on machines. Wonderful environment to work out in. read more

Great gym and all, has everything one would need as far as cardio and weights but don't push your self too hard or lift too much weight, you will swiftly be threatened and kicked out by the regional mananger. read more
