If I had three wishes, I'd ask for more classes (or better class time), more machines (or duplicates of the most used ones), and kidcare hours on Friday and the weekends - but you can't have everything, right?

I was told two Olympic sized pools and come to find out that the indoor pool was ten feet shorter than Olympic size and they have for the outdoor pool one third of the size as the one indoors and a kids pool! That's it ! Everything is confusing when you walk in! And plus they charged me $100 plus $40 just to sign up! Forget that! There's ATC right down the street that I can $25 for and go to all 20 of them! It's just not worth it to me ! There's only one Germantown athletic club and fifty other clubs that have more than one! I will not be coming back to this one !

You could feel the difference the moment she walked in the building. The energy, the positivity, the way she spoke to people, and how she actually cared about members made this place feel like home. She didn't treat people like just another membership number. She remembered faces, checked on people, motivated us, and made everyone feel comfortable no matter their fitness level. Even when the gym was busy or stressful, she handled everything with professionalism and grace. Since she stepped away from the AGM position, it honestly hasn't felt the same. You don't realize how much someone truly holds a place together until they're gone, even though she's still there just less and not the manager. The atmosphere, customer service, organization, and overall vibe changed noticeably. No disrespect to anyone else, but some people can work a position... Mrs. Kiva WAS the position. Crunch really had a gem in her. She set the standard, and a lot of us members still talk about how much we miss her energy and leadership. She made people want to come to the gym, and that's something you can't train someone to do. Even though she's still there, it's not the same and I noticed that in the few days I was back home to visit. I wish they could have worked with a GEM like her. She set the standard and the tone!

I have periodically participated in CrossFit for the last 3 years or so. I am a great example of…read morewhat not to do when it comes to fitness...6 months on, 6 months off, with a couple of intermittent running injuries in there. :-) ANYway, I walked into CrossFit Triad for the first time the Friday after Thanksgiving. After participating in 3 other crossfit boxes in Houston and in Memphis, I can say that the people working out at Crossfit Triad were some of the nicest people I have found in the crossfit environment. I have rarely had a problem with a Crossfit coach in my 3 years of crossfitting being rude or unwelcoming, but it has always been the people participating have always presented a challenge. There is always an intimidation factor. But the folks at Triad have seriously put together some of the nicest of people. If you are a first timer, or someone who has done Crossfit before but found it intimidating because of the people in the classes, Triad is a great place to go!! People are so great and encouraging! Coming back after an injury (this time around) has been challenging, but the people at Triad have made the transition pretty simple.
