My body has changed in so many ways but beyond that, my mindset has changed. The entire team, Alex, Ryan, John, Billy and several others, are really encouraging, knowledgeable and personable. Their community is growing and they just expanded the equipment in the gym. More cardio equipment, doubled the amount of dumbbells/kettlebells, increased the segments of the rig for pull ups, rings, and squat racks, twice the amount of benches, more boxes for box jumps, even added a SkiERG. I was sold pn their after-school program. Instead of just sending my child to a day care this was a better option. They would pick my child up from school, make sure she did her homework and teach her taekwondo. The little one loves it. I love that my kid has learned to kick butt.
