Every time I am there the office is closed, during office hours. I was going to do late morning, then due to some schedule changes on my part, I needed before 7am, and he stated he would show up by 06:30am, and he was here 10 minutes early. He started working immediately and I told him the excess in the back is something I can clear out eventually, he does not need to work that area since he quoted me a price less than others. To my surprise, I went into the backyard after he had finished, and he removed all the debris, and left my backyard looking immaculate.
