From the warm greetings every…read moremorning by Stephanie, Yasmill, and Krystallyn at the front office, to the kindness and dedication of their teachers throughout the day, we've felt genuinely supported and cared for. They truly live by the saying "it takes a village"--actively involving parents and creating a real sense of community and family. The only reason we're leaving is due to a major change for our family, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Discovery Village to all of our friends and family.

This is both a genuine reflection of the services we have received from Discovery Village and a…read morefull-throated rebuke of a recent 1-star review by a clearly ill-intentioned person. Since enrolling our son in July 2019, we have been provided nothing short of high quality child care by a supportive, compassionate, and safety-minded staff and leadership team. We were present during the transition to the current web/app-based communication and documentation tool. It has provided us with a more than adequate level of security and connectivity with the daycare. Since the roll-out of the system last year, it was made clear that it was the parents' responsibility to check-in children on arrival. To think that a teacher should take the extra time - away from the other kids in class - to make up for your own irresponsible mismanagement of the platform is selfish and ridiculous. I, for one, am completely satisfied that the teachers prioritize direct care of the children over task-saturation within an online recording tool. The app-based tool has also provided parents with secure, direct access through a bluetooth-enabled unlocking system. Anyone that would consider providing access to this app to an unauthorized person is a security risk, and I think we are a safer community with this person gone. When I exit the facility, I either wait for someone entering to do so with their own access or I confirm with the staff at the front desk that the person belongs here before opening the door. I hope that everyone would challenge me in the same way when I enter! We are a community of families and should each have a vested interest in the safety of our children that supercedes an ease-of-access mindset. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 health crisis, the leadership at Discovery Village has been completely transparent about the challenges of both managing a business and meeting the demands of working parents in this environment. The center quickly adapted to the new normal by implementing more than the State-required sanitation protocols and providing regular updates to families. We suspended our enrollment in late March and returned to the village in May and have had ZERO complications. The idea that Discovery Village is, was, or has been lax about their cleaning and COVID protocol mandates is a baseless and belligerent accusation. This team is professional to the core! I would be remiss to not mention that our son absolutely loves his teachers at Discovery Village. He is happy as can be every day we pick him up and his learning and curiosity is clearly nurtured. I recommend this center to anyone looking for high quality care by a team that is genuinely invested in the well-being and development of your child. Thank you for all that you do.

It was such a great experience for them both that they still talk about it to this day. They love Ms. Krystal and Ms. Michelle and are forever engulfed with the nurturing, care, and love they were giving as young children. Early Einstein Learning Center offers everything you want and more for your children. It is a safe, loving, place, that prepares your child to enter school. Not only are they socially ready but academically ready to head to kindergarten. As previously stated my children stayed there until age 12 when they aged out of the program. They went there during their elementary school years after school and then went there for the summer program. Their experiences were filled with fun activities, learning, and love. My daughter, now 19 still often recalls fond memories of her days at Early Einstein and will always be forever touched by her experiences there. That all being said, if you are looking for the best of the best of daycares, look no further with the Early Einstein Learning Center.

I don't have family local so they are my family. This isn't a place that they just keep your child(ren) alive. They teach them by utilizing multiple methods of teaching and the kids learn SO much! Now that my older one is in school, they help her after school with homework which is such a relief for this working mama. Look no further. This daycare is it.

Our child attended this daycare for a year. Overall, while not everything was perfect, we had a…read moregood experience. Pros: - Most of the teachers we dealt with were quite good. When we're talking about two year olds, the main thing is that your child is cared for and you felt comfortable leaving them there. This we certainly did. - This Children's Corner provided meals, which was a huge convenience. - For the area, the cost was quite good. This was considerably cheaper than the two local Bright Horizons and a local Montessori. Cons: - First, as mentioned by one of the other reviewers, age appropriateness of the curriculum was a significant issue. To be clear, the teachers are not certified teachers, and don't really know what the children should be learning. We were rather disturbed to see our child, not three years old yet, being given worksheets intended for children 4-5 years old. This is where the center leadership and the corporate office could have made a difference. - Parking was a problem. Though the building had spaces designated for Children's Corner pickup and dropoff, people not coming there would repeatedly park in those spaces. The Department of Labor in particular attracted bad actors who would park in those spaces. Children's Corner staff did what they could do, leaving large stickers on violators' cars, but the problem was that the Children's Corner corporate office appeared to do nothing, and the office complex management too didn't take the problem seriously enough. The problem was particularly acute at pickup time after 4P, when many times we arrived to find no spaces available in the designated area. The telltale sign of parking cheaters was, of course, the absence of child car seats, which are required for any child who'd be attending the daycare, and everyday there'd be several such cars parked for extended periods. Lastly, I want to address the other two reviews currently posted here. If you eventually got your money back, you should definitely remove your review. If you didn't, did you read the contract closely? If you don't provide proper notice, the contract states they hold on to the deposit. Think about it -- the daycare is required to maintain certain teacher/child ratios, and your child's enrollment may affect staffing levels. This in turn directly affects people's livelihoods, so I think it's fair they ask for proper notice. if you didn't read the contract and didn't provide adequate notice, you should remove your 1 star review, which is rather unfair.
