    Gyro plate.

Stopped here as a gyro sounded good. Ordered a gyro plate and fries. It's a large portion and I barely touched my fries as the Gyro portion was SO good. After feeling stuffed, I had to try a dessert. Don't pass on dessert. My new favorite in Ontario.

Combination plate and original Super Open plate

Really enjoyed our dinner here. Had the combination plate and the original Super Open gyro plate. So much food! Would have loved to have enjoyed a beer or glass of wine but not available here. We'll be going back.

Sauce that is the consistency of water

I drove across town to get their gyro plate. I got home with it and the sauce was water. I called and the guy that answered sounded stoned and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I used to love this place but they've went downhill on quality. Arby's has better sauce than they do. I won't be back.

Knew it was the same place as soon as we saw it. Walked in to a warm welcome. Sat in the back room this time. Front room was filled. Christina helped us. She was very informative and helped us decide what we wanted. Got 2 cups of the lemon chicken soup. I can't pronounce the Greek name so it's the lemon chicken soup. Outstanding lots of chicken, rice and carrots. Then we got the fancy Greek salad. It comes on a good size plate and covers the plate. The Greek dressing is homemade and delicious. Chunks of feta in it. Honestly could only eat half. The potato salad on it was good. All the ingredients fresh. Can't go wrong. Christina told us about the other menu items too. Everything is homemade and made with love. It's a family business with kids and relatives involved. We did get a baklava for dessert to split cuz well we had too. Prices are good. Better than on-line. Roomier than it looks. Greek decor with the pics. Great place! Eat here! Homemade Greek food by a Greek family! What else can you ask for! Delicious! Just wish I lived closer. We will be back when in the area again!

We walked in and were greeted right away and told we could pick a seat anywhere in the store. We decided to sit in the back of the restaurant where we were greeted by Sam. We needed up having 2 gyros, 1 spanakopita and 1 tiropita the food was delicious , fresh and didn't take long to get it. Sam did a great job checking in on us and we got to meet the owner George who came to chat us about how our experience was and if everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was to our satisfaction and we will come here again. Also a huge plus, they had Mythos which is one of my favorite Greek Beers. We will be returning here again

It's the kind of gyro where you open the wrapper and immediately know you're about to eat something made with pride. The seasoned fries deserve their own shoutout. They come out hot, crispy, and coated in a seasoning blend that actually has flavor, not that weak dusting some places try to pass off as "seasoned." These fries are the type you keep snacking on even when you're full because they're just that good. The tzatziki is creamy, and refreshing. Their baklava is delectable and even their sugar free ones still tastes just as sweet. What really sets Skorpios apart is the owner. You can see him working behind the counter clearly proud of what he's serving. He's one of those hard‑working small‑business guys. Every gyro is wrapped with care, every order is made fresh, and you can tell he genuinely wants people to enjoy the food. That passion shows in the quality, the consistency, and the energy of the place. They offer various delivery options like DoorDash or Grubhub but I tend to enjoy taking the time to sit down in the restaurant and enjoy my food there. I was not disappointed at all with the food. It was very delicious and I will definitely be back again.

There is room to sit down and eat but I took mine to go. The two women I interacted with were great! Cordial, helpful and friendly. I received my meal very quickly! Where to begin...the fries, that I tried before I started the car to head home, were hot and perfectly cooked. Soft in the inside, perfect crunch on the outside. When I got them home, they were still crispy!! The gyro is huge! Should I eat the whole thing? No. Will I eat the whole thing? Likely. The seasoning on the chicken reminds me of the lamb I usually get with that same soft yet seared meat. The sauce is just wow! The baklava is 3 pieces in one, can't go wrong for $5.50. Tender, sweet, and delicious!

Generous portions for the King and just the right amount of onion. Some places go too strong with the onion. The standout was the sauce! Just had a nice garlicky zing to it. The fresh cut fries were a little greasy but still good. The sleeper was that Greek Custard tho. When you walk in you have a case of temptations staring at you. The custard got my attention. Cold and dense custard wrapped in filo dough then topped with cinnamon and honey drizzle. Dang. This thing played with my emotions. Just so good and sticky. I would make a trip here just for this. It all came to about $22 with a can of Diet Coke and it hit the spot. The gyro was in the top 3 I've ever had, the fries I didn't really care for, the dessert selection I would make a special trip for. Solid 4 Stars

Going back to the time when I was born (in Ireland, but this story began in another part of Europe) In the 1950's outside of Athens, Greece when a family traveled from there to the United States in search of a better life. The mother found comfort in a foreign land while working as a baker, hand-making the recipes she brought with her. She passed these recipes on, with love.
