At my exam on May 8, I asked whether my prescription had changed and was told it had not. Based on that, I purchased a one-year supply of contact lenses without being given trial lenses. Within days, I experienced persistent migraines and blurred vision in my left eye. After returning on June 15, I was told my left-eye prescription was incorrect and it was adjusted. This confirmed the original lenses I was sold were not correct. I also had to repeatedly follow up to get updates and resolution, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. When I asked about a refund or replacement for the incorrect lenses, the response was unclear and the issue remains unresolved. Overall, I did not feel the care, accuracy, or follow-through met the standard expected from a vision provider, especially when prescribing and selling a full year of contact lenses.

She is also an excellent optometrist, and responded very well to a couple of my concerns. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind in her manner. The first effort resulted in a wrong lens, (not their fault) but the second effort also resulted in a wrong lens ( this time it was their error. On the third visit (hoping to pick up the finished glasses at last) was told that the lenses had arrived sometime in the past 3 weeks, but they had not been put into the frame! So there was yet another delay -waiting an additional hour for that procedure, before being able to FINALLY pick up the glasses. At last.
