At my exam on May 8, I asked whether my prescription had changed and was told it had not. Based on that, I purchased a one-year supply of contact lenses without being given trial lenses. Within days, I experienced persistent migraines and blurred vision in my left eye. After returning on June 15, I was told my left-eye prescription was incorrect and it was adjusted. This confirmed the original lenses I was sold were not correct. I also had to repeatedly follow up to get updates and resolution, and communication throughout the process was inconsistent. When I asked about a refund or replacement for the incorrect lenses, the response was unclear and the issue remains unresolved. Overall, I did not feel the care, accuracy, or follow-through met the standard expected from a vision provider, especially when prescribing and selling a full year of contact lenses.

I was greeted with friendly staff, and they called me back to the doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and passed information to the assistant who would help finish the customer buying process. The lady who helped me already had my insurance paperwork pulled up. She helped select the lowest cost, picked out glasses selections according to my desired description, and we enjoyed a few laughs. Everyone was friendly and told me bye as I was leaving, quickly inserting that the average time for receiving my glasses was two weeks. I will certainly be back.

I ordered my sons glasses with the contact prescription they sent home with him. He came home with 2 prescriptions of the same. They gave me the same thing...2 prescriptions of the same. I wasted money on an exam that gave me the wrong prescription for glasses and on top of that wasted money on glasses my son cannot use! Me thinks everyone employed here needs to go get their eyes checked from a qualified doctor, because clearly the overall vision at this practice is quite deficient. I got back in the room quickly and the doctor is who came out to get me and then he did the review of my issues right there on the spot. Talk about personalized service. We were confused with what our insurance cover and didn't know what to do with the style and shape of the frame to accommodate the comfort of our faces. We 100% will go back to them.
