Nobody greeted me with a hello. Nobody inquired what I was looking for. I was clear I had a purchase history but they never looked up my account. The salesperson never offered to measure my foot. The sneakers that I wanted were not available in my size in the color that I wanted. We I asked if they could be ordered, the salesperson just said no. A friend also had a similar experience. I return to the store quite a bit just to work with her! She is excellent with customer service, kind, knowledgeable, very helpful, recommends items that work with my style and shape. She provides a very individual, customized experience everytime. I have bought things I just wouldn't have even considered because she recommended I try them on... and they end up being some of my favorite items in my wardrobe, wearing for many seasons!!
