Nobody greeted me with a hello. Nobody inquired what I was looking for. I was clear I had a purchase history but they never looked up my account. The salesperson never offered to measure my foot. The sneakers that I wanted were not available in my size in the color that I wanted. We I asked if they could be ordered, the salesperson just said no. A friend also had a similar experience. Do yourself a favor and get rid of him because he lacks the competency of emotional intelligence and customer service.
