The therapy helped a lot but I eventually needed surgery. I just finished therapy with Vince after surgery. He is the best! He is very professional, kind, and knowledgable. My hip is just like it used to be! I would not be this strong and mobile without the therapy! Not only that, but the other people that are at Foothills are always kind, caring, friendly and extremely helpful! I highly recommend Vince and will never go any other place if I need physical therapy again!

At the end of my therapy session they iced my knees connected to some device. This was supposed to last 15 minutes. 43 minutes later one of the ice bags falls on the floor and one of them came to put it back. I then asked if that was supposed to be that long and he said no. They said they didn't hear the timer. This is was over staffed at the time and there were more clients than employees. I was really mad to fact that they didn't care. They were too busy talking amongst themselves or watching tv. They really don't care. I will never go back and will talk to my physician whom highly recommended this place. What a disappointment. Lack of senior staff that understands that people have other commitments and they should value my time and my health.

I came here for help with perimenopause symptoms I had been experiencing. During my initial blood work review, I mentioned to Dr. Kenneth McWilliams that I had discussed my results with a trusted RN friend who specializes in hormone therapy and perimenopause care. Because she is licensed in another state, she was unable to treat me, but she helped me better understand my lab work. I was not questioning Dr. Kenneth McWilliams expertise; I simply wanted to compare and confirm recommendations. However, the he seemed offended and emphasized that he had been doing this for more than 20 years. I was also taking notes during the appointment because I am not a healthcare professional and wanted to remember and understand everything we discussed. At one point, I was jokingly asked if I was a "spy from another office," which made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed for being engaged in my own health. We ultimately agreed on a treatment plan, which included starting liothyronine despite my thyroid levels already being within the normal range, to optimize it. About a month later, I began experiencing unwanted side effects and reached out to the office seeking guidance. I left messages and did not receive a response for the remainder of the day. I called again the next morning, left another voicemail, and still received no response. When I followed up a few hours later, I was told they had been busy. I understand that medical offices can have hectic days, but when a patient is experiencing side effects from a prescribed medication, timely communication matters. Even a quick acknowledgment or reassurance would have gone a long way. For a practice that focuses on optimizing health and wellness, I expected a higher level of responsiveness and patient care. I did not feel supported nor cared for when I needed help, and because of that I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I come in to dump blood based off blood work from a different office and the receptionists tried to convince me to get a new blood test. Months later I come in to get a blood test and when I explain I just want the results emailed to me the receptionists looked at me like I was insane. A few days later I tried to set up an appointment for a adhd evaluation and they tried to tell me I needed to come in and reveiw my bloodwork for them to prescribe me anything... Which come to find out they don't actually prescribe adhd medication. Just my experience but I would find a different office if you want to have any input on your healthcare.

I my family and I have been long time patients and have continued coming here because of the care I've received from my doctor and nurses which makes today's experience even more disappointing. The receptionist was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. When someone is calling a medical office, they should be treated with courtesy and respect not made to feel like they are an inconvenience. I understand everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service matters, especially in a medical setting. The front office is the first impression patients receive and should reflect the same level of care and professionalism expected from the medical staff. After being a loyal patient for so long, I expected much better. I will make sure everyone is aware of the lack of professionalism. Sadly after 20 years our family will never be returning.

When Ephraim Temple was my provider, I always felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He was an outstanding provider who took the time to listen to his patients. I also never had any issues with Dr. Robert Tognacci, D.O., personally. However, ever since Ephraim Temple left the practice, the office has continued to go downhill. I will say that there are a few medical assistants in the office who have always been kind, respectful, and professional. They have treated me with compassion, and I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the practice has become increasingly disappointing. My biggest concern has been with the office manager, John Adams. Based on my personal experiences, I do not believe he should be serving as the office manager. I have had multiple interactions with him where I felt disrespected and treated unfairly. During one of the most difficult periods of my life, when I was experiencing severe hearing loss that ultimately resulted in me becoming legally deaf and requiring hearing aids, he attempted to refuse to let me be seen, claiming I was late despite the fact that I had already arrived. Other staff members had to intervene because I needed to be seen for important medical paperwork related to my employment. That experience left me feeling humiliated and completely disrespected. Unfortunately, this was not the only time I felt I was treated differently, and on more than one occasion other employees had to step in to correct the situation. The administrative side of this office has also become extremely disorganized. My FMLA paperwork was mishandled multiple times. My employer and FMLA administrator had to repeatedly fax paperwork because it either wasn't completed or wasn't returned in a timely manner. There were times when it took weeks to receive a response, causing unnecessary stress during an already difficult medical situation. I've also been charged no-show and late cancellation fees despite notifying the office that I was in the hospital and having documentation to support it. I paid those fees in good faith. Most recently, the office scheduled me for an appointment and then called me the following morning to tell me my appointment was being canceled because I had supposedly already been discharged from the practice. I have never received any written notice explaining that I had been discharged or why. If I had truly been discharged, I don't understand why they continued accepting payments from me or why they scheduled another appointment in the first place. That level of communication is unacceptable from a medical practice. One of my greatest concerns involves my pregnancy. After receiving a positive pregnancy test, I informed my provider of the medications I was taking and was told it was okay to continue taking metoprolol. My cardiologist later advised that I should have been switched to a pregnancy-safe medication and immediately changed me to labetalol. I later suffered a miscarriage. I have since obtained my medical records from my primary care provider, my cardiologist, and the hospitals involved so I can better understand the care I received. Dr. Robert Tognacci, I genuinely hope you take the time to look at what is happening within your practice. While I did not personally have negative interactions with you, the way your office has been managed has dramatically changed my experience as a patient. I believe John Adams should be seriously reconsidered as your office manager. In my opinion, he has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of professionalism, compassion, and respect toward patients. An office manager sets the tone for an entire practice, and unfortunately, I believe the decline in patient care and customer service reflects the current management. To anyone considering becoming a patient here, my advice is simple: please do your research before choosing this office. There are a few wonderful staff members who genuinely care about their patients, but overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the poor communication, administrative errors, repeated paperwork issues, appointment problems, and the way I was treated during some of the most difficult moments of my life, I can no longer recommend this practice. I sincerely hope meaningful changes are made so future patients receive the quality of care, respect, and professionalism they deserve.
