I have trouble understanding the purpose of making an appointment, to reserve someone's time, if it's not upheld. I had an appointment at 2pm today. I arrived about 10 minutes early (after spending 10 minutes at home updating my own chart via mobile device) , assuming that once I got here it would speed things up. I'm still sitting in a waiting room as I type this, awaiting a sighting of my doctor. It's 2:40pm. I understand and sympathize with being busy, but please value your patients time. It's clear to all who come here you are overscheduling I know for a fact I can go elsewhere and be helped more quickly. All of that said, the staff and doctors are usually very polite. I appreciate the nursing staff especially.

I just received a bill of $876.78 for collagen bandages that I was totally unaware the cost of. I would have said no. They arrived without my knowledge and thought it was included in my surgery. The leg pumps (which I paid $230) for only worked 9 out of the 14 days I was to wear them. I definitely recommend Dr Morris and other Drs at JIS, but this is something they need to address.

Where they still have offices in Gahanna I primarily come here now. I see Dr Anthony (podiatry) and Dr Albrecta.(sports medicine) My sons both see Dr Jonesco.(orthopedics) we have had nothing but excellent experiences with each mentioned doctor and highly recommend. Today I was in for an on going achilles issue that Dr Albrechta is managing very well. I was in about a month ago where he prescribed a brace, PT and a topical. Im that patient that of course didnt fully follow doctors orders with continuing to use that medicine, so obviously.... Im back- as it still hurts. Not the doctors fault.... Totally mine. I did use the brace he recommended and diligently did PT, so it has improved considerably- but now I realize the importance of the medicine. So we are trying that for 6 weeks.
