I mainly worked with Lia, but also had an opportunity to work with Kim and Lexi as well. Lia was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to answer any questions I may have had and constantly updated the treatment based on my progress. I worked with Kim twice and she was also very nice and helped further my treatment along. Lexi worked with me on multiple occasions to help with my stretching and overall exercise. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a great experience at RET Physical Therapy and if I ever need another physical therapist (hopefully not), I wouldn't hesitate to return!

A prior physical therapy series at another office hadn't helped. So, I tried MIPT. While there, I mentioned two chronic but minor issues: pain from a prior shoulder injury (in my 20s) and aching in the same side's elbow. During the appts. for the groin, they addressed the others with a few simple recommendations and I am pain free. I think I had 10 appts. total. 2nd experience: My husband subsequently visited them for severe back and neck pain. He is pain free after about 10 or 12 visits. 3rd experience: I went to see them yesterday for some minor tingling in my arms. I am writing this review now because I am once again thrilled. Relieved and confident that I am on course to resolve this annoying tingling. And, I think the one visit is going to be all it takes. I left with a few changes to make at home and some stretches and exercises.

I haven't had much, if any, neck issues since then. And even if I get some flare ups, I feel confident to resolve that with the exercises he's given me, and it resolves within a week (usually less). I recently started having really bad lower back pain for about the last 1-2 months and I finally made an appt to see him today. Zach gave me such an informative rundown on the root issues and the assessment was spot-on to my bad [posture] habits. He assured me in the way I needed it and again gave me the proper tools and exercises to feel confident that I can tackle this. I left feeling much less stiffness and tension in my lower back bc he spent some time loosening it up and adjusting my back. Can't say enough wonderful things about the guy and his knowledge. I already recommended him to some of my gfs.

I spent time and money on traditional physical therapy and was prescribed painkillers, repeating the same cycle for almost 7 years with no real relief. Within just one month of working with Zach, my lower back pain was gone. He took the time to properly assess my condition and his adjustments gave me my life back, pain-free. If you have been struggling with long-term pain and feel stuck, do yourself a favor and see Zach. I only wish I had found him sooner.

However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

I can't say enough great things about Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, especially Dr. Anthony…read more(Tony). From the very first appointment, his punctuality stood out--appointments always start on time, which immediately shows respect for your schedule and your care. Dr. Tony is not only incredibly kind, but also genuinely empathetic. He truly listens, takes the time to understand how you're feeling, and makes you feel seen and heard as a person--not just a patient. There's a real, unmistakable sense that he cares deeply about your recovery and well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. His expertise across multiple modalities is impressive. Whether it's targeted manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, or other advanced techniques, Dr. Tony clearly knows how to tailor treatment to what you need to get back on your feet safely and efficiently. He explains the "why" behind everything, which builds confidence and trust throughout the recovery process. If you're looking for a physical therapist who combines technical excellence with genuine human care, Quest Physical Therapy--and Dr. Tony in particular--is simply exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier physical therapy in Issaquah.

If people are so inspired to write a review about their doctor/experience on yelp (which doesn't happen a lot, mostly restaurants) it must mean a lot. I'm sooo glad I decided to call Minor and James clinic and made an appt with her. Her clinic is at the FIRST HILL BUILDING on Minor ave and James. Parking is located across the street at the parking garage. Make sure to bring the parking stub with you up so that the receptionist can stamp it. The stamp will ensure you a parking discount. Smooth experience from start to end. No long waits in between. I didn't feel rushed or just another patient. She thoughtfully listened to all my concerns & answered all my questions. She explained everything to me thoroughly and very clearly. She thoroughly examined my walk, leg, etc. and was able to pin point the problem instead of ordering a bunch of x-rays that would cost more money. I left not just very satisfied, but I even asked her to recommend me other doctors since I was so impressed with my experience! I've probably seen 5-6 different sports med doctors before her over the past 10 years, and I'm so glad I found her. You'll likely wait months for an appointment, but it's worth it.

I was seeing another orthopedic specialist doctor that was clueless on what's happening in my elbow when I couldn't extend it for some reason. It was a 5 min appt , with basically no solid answer to a condition that does not just fix itself. I wa sjust sitting there. Left me hanging in the room. Terrible bed side manners, which is typical with orthos , and I did not overthink it because I was interested on the answeres rather his bed side manners.. But they do matter, they tell you a lot about how a person cares. He just seems careless, like talking to a robot. I don't deserve to be treated like that. I had wrist pain/issues from intraosseous ganglion cyst, devastating desabling pain. Instead of referring me out to a specialist who could do what Dr Weil does not know how to do? just made me wonder around for 4-6 months. The second remote phone call, sounded like he did not do a chart review and had me take new images all over again. Third remote call , he did not even call. I waited 50 minutes , and called them myself, to be told he would not make it to the call and that I would have to reschedule again in a month. Big skip, I wish I never found him online. What a waste of money , time and energy.

UPDATE: I wanted to…read moreshare an update, four years after our son received support from Dr. Cindy Dupuy. Today, he's a straight-A student and began taking 7th grade math as a 6th grader. He was recently accepted into a school that specializes in teaching Twice-Exceptional (2E) students. For families considering support for a child with learning differences, here are three things I wish I had known earlier: 1) Dr. Cindy Dupuy is truly the best. She changed the trajectory of our son's life. Before working with her, he was struggling, behind grade level, and had to repeat 2nd grade. Now, he's thriving academically and emotionally, working above grade level, and attending a gifted school tailored for kids like him. 2) Don't wait. Dr. Dupuy has a long waitlist, so get on it as soon as possible. 3) Be careful about settling. We made the mistake of choosing other specialists simply because they were available or covered by insurance. It cost us time, money, and progress. If your child needs immediate help, that's understandable--but still get on Dr. Dupuy's waitlist. She is worth the wait. She will ABSOLUTELY change your child's life for the better.

Our daughter had three half days of testing and we received an incredibly thorough report on our daughters' learning profile including her strengths and weaknesses. Cindy met with the teachers about accommodations that would increase our daughter's confidence and help her succeed. Our daughter attends Explanations one day a week and works with Chelsea to refine her executive function skills. We are thrilled to see how much progress our daughter has made and how she is overcoming many of the challenges thrown her way by having a diagnosis of ADHD. Cindy is upbeat, encouraging, and she has put a positive spin on an ADHD diagnosis; in other words, she helps our daughter feel good about herself. I can't say enough good things about Cindy Dupuy and our experience with her and her staff. She has had a tremendous positive impact on our lives. Although the wait to see Cindy is long, and although the cost is very high, this is definitely an example of getting what you pay for. I wish that every child with ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning challenge, was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Cindy Dupuy.
