Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.

Dr. Hatfield did a full knee replacement on me a few years back and he was fantastic. I loved that he was honest and upfront about what to expect--so many doctors sugar coat things (i.e. severe pain is not the same thing as "discomfort"). I healed up beautifully and went on my merry way. Now that my other knee is acting up, I'm back. I have full faith in Dr Hatfield's advice and care. He is not the doctor who insists you have a consultation first then sends you for X-rays then had you come back again for treatment. He had me get X-rays first then come in one time. He looked at them, diagnosed, and gave me my cortisone shot all in one quick visit. No nonsense! His staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

My physical therapist was great at evaluating & educating me, giving me exercises that could be done at home, and got me back to 100% I was so pleased that I wanted to continue my physical therapy journey to address other problem areas with my hips and low back. I find Chad & Eric, along with the techs, to be very knowledgeable, intuitive, and kind. I always feel heard and receive explanations and treatment that produce results. Whether it is cupping, dry needling, massage, or the physical work of exercise I always feel better afterwards. They don't let me skimp on exercise, push me to do my best, and keep me accountable. In addition it's fun and positive, which is exactly the environment needed for healing!

Very friendly staff with a focus on getting you better. I was given numerous exericses and advised of a several items I could purchase on my own to ease the inflammation. They are not like a lot of offices that want patients for life. They want to help you and give you the tools to continue self-care. I'm glad I went and I'm very happy with the results!

Im amazed at their knowledgeable base and skill. The one on one attention to your injury is what I value most. Other places I've been in the past don't compare. My pain management doctor was thrilled I chose Endurance Rehab because of the attention to the patient and thorough treatment plan. I have two herniated discs on my neck which have caused me a lot of pain. After working with Jordan I now have a lot more flexibility in my neck and my pain has been greatly reduced!

Tecson went into a personal medical leave, her office joined Hatfield and I've been seeing Michael NP 2x now - for annual check up and for covid. I'm very glad that the transition was smooth and the staff at Hatfield were just as friendly and attentive. Michael was amazing the 2x I'm interacted with him. In dr. Tecson and now Hatfield group, they partnered with Labcorp and has an on-site staff for blood test. Now, that staff is AMAZING too. Desiree is great with blood drawn. All in all, I absolutely recommend this practitioner!!
