I recently ruptured my patellar tendon playing basketball. I had to have surgery immediately. Afterwards I had to find a place for physical therapy. I could not bend my knee and was in a ton of pain. I searched all over the internet for a place with great reviews in Naperville, but I could not find one. I was lucky my friend suggested this ATI location. I have been working with Daisy and Kerri, they are both amazing at taking care of my individual needs and they treat you like the family the moment you walk in. Everyone that works there is always kind and helping you every step of the way. I have been going 3x a week for 10 weeks and I am ahead of my recovery due to the staff at ATI. I highly recommend this facility without hesitation! I had double hip replacement surgery 8 weeks apart. They took care of both and did a great job. They are very accommodating on schedule, have a professional staff who is always welcoming, and run a very uplifting and fun environment which helps keep you motivated. They resolved every individual pain I told them about (different ones for each hip) and got me back into great form overall. I also appreciated the fact they provided an excellent set of exercises I could do at home, delivered through an easy to use app. Lastly, I appreciated their friendly transportation to and from the facility during the time I could not yet drive a vehicle. I have been with Ati physical therapy in Naperville on Naper blvd for the past 4 months due to an accident . The care I received at this location had been consistent caring and attentive . All of the staff from the front desk staff and all the therapists have been like a big family . Any one is willing to help when necessary . I would like to mention my interaction with each of the staff members Christina answered the phone the first time I called and she made sure she could accomdate me . She is very attentive and knows how to deal with people who are in pain . Alyssa always greets us with a a smile and helps with a cheerful demeanor . Shawna was the therapist who did my intake . She was very very understanding and asked all the right questions as I was not able to express the pain to her as it was very difficult to verbalize it . Her kind demeanor and professionalism are a great asset .she worked with me many times during my time at Ati during recovery . Kat also worked with me most of the time . She is astute and can measure the issues very well looking at the posture Balance gait and each day she would know how to deal with my recovery . Kat is calm attentive and knows exactly how much she can work the body to achieve results . The pain I suffered was excruciating as I could not move and kat helped me get mobile . Kunal was always there like a brother watching and helping any time it was necessary . Each of the therapists are in the knowing of the issues we patients face beyond our charts on the computer . Cris helped me go through the prescribed exercises doing them With me to motivate me through the pain . He was a great support . He is very gentle and motivates us through the pain to keep with it . Patrick was always there to help and has a kind and gentle attitude towards us . Daisy is the life of the party at Ati . She is gregarious heartfelt gives of her self so truly to each of us and is a tough drill master . She is a great team player and makes the facility a home . Carrey is another therapist who I did not work with but she is a great sport and she is good with all of us . I forget the name of one therapist who does hand therapy . She helped me do the right things with home care with a pain that developed in my palms. .she went out of her way to help me one day when I was in pain . She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen . I have come to a point where I am able to move about and I attribute the success to my team who helped me along with other therapies I have sought . Thank you to all of you . You are a great team . I had a knee replacement 9 weeks ago. Originally I went to a Rehab facility that was in the same medical group as my surgeon at Edwards Hospital. I found my sessions there to be mediocre and often I felt short changed in how short they were. I am a 65 year-old man that is overweight and not in very good physical shape but I knew to be pain free and mobile in the future I had to dedicate myself to rehabbing my knee. Someone told me about ATI and how great of an experience they had there so I got my surgeon to authorize me to go there. Wow, what a contrast from the other place! I was so fortunate to get Seanna who is the Manager there and an awesome physical therapist! My sessions have been about 90 minutes and she has pushed me hard enough to really challenge me and the improvement in my knee has been amazing. I only wish I had started my rehab there but now I'm so glad I made the switch. read more

I cannot tell you enough how much I recommend ATI. They are true professionals, they make it as positive an experience as possible, and it is obvious that everybody truly enjoys their jobs. This is a great place to go for PT. Kerri and Daisy were my PT's. They work you hard - but make sure that they aren't pushing you past what you can do each session. I went after an ankle ligament repair surgery and they had me up and going in no time. I ended up having other foot issues due to being off of my feet so long for the surgery. They helped me with those issues as well. It wasn't just about the original ankle issue. They wanted to make sure that when I finished my PT that everything was functioning as it should. The whole staff is pretty awesome. When you walk in - literally everyone knows your name and greets you with a friendly "hello - how are you doing?". It is so friendly and actually I ended up looking forward to an hour with these folks 3 times a week. Highly recommended! read more

My experience at ATI has been outstanding! Last Fall I underwent back surgery for a herniated disc. After a month of recovery at home, I was told that I would need physical therapy. My Doctor recommended ATI so I made an appointment at the clinic closest to my home, what a LUCKY shot! Kerri and her staff were unbelievably instrumental with my recovery. From the minute I began my first treatment there everyone has been very supportive and encouraging. A few things that impressed me the most are the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire staff. I had previously gone to another Physical Therapy clinic and was not impressed with it's employees or my results. The results of my visits to ATI have allowed me to return to my normal activities. I have even joined their Step Down Program which allows me to continue visiting the clinic on a routine basis to continue physical exercise and working out on my own. I am a diabetic and since joining this program I now have my diabetes under control. I would very highly recommend this clinic to everyone. You won't find a better group of people that make it fun and rewarding while recovering from an illness, Thank you for your continued support - you guys are AWESOME!! read more

I've had a few different surgeries due to sports injuries over the years, and have gotten physical therapy and occupational therapy at various places. The ATI Physical Therapy East Naperville location is definitely one of the best PT places I've been to and I've had a very effective recovery. I think what makes this location my top pick is it incorporates a perfect combination of very talented therapists who truly care about their patients, their positive attitudes, and their dedication to providing excellent services. I also want to mention that the director there (who also is a physical therapist herself) has managed to create an upbeat atmosphere since physical therapy is not always one's favorite pass-time. This time I received physical therapy for a shoulder replacement. I relied on yelp for the recommendation and I struck gold. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Kerri, Seana, Daisy, and Danny's sincere dedication to their profession inspired me to not only work hard but made my experience enjoyable and gratifying. They were all are very attentive to the care provided. Kerri was my primary therapist. If Kerri could not answer my question, which was rare, she would not hesitate to correspond with my doctor or his assistant as needed. Scheduling was easy and I never felt neglected even during the busy times. Kerri ensured my therapy progressed at a successful rate. Tasks were designed not to be too easy or too difficult. Stay away!!! 1st time in I met with a physical therapist and was told I would be working with them once a week and the pt assistant once a week. Well, after eight sessions I had only worked with the physical therapist once. Had some time with the assistant and most of the time was spent with a college student who worked there. It became very obvious that they were not properly trained with some of the equipment as they were corrected on the way it was being administered right in front of me. So my question is why are untrained college students treating patients? What a joke. Last time in I was ignored until I asked if there was a problem with my scheduled appointment and was then given some attention. Keep in mind if you are foolish enough to go there you will be kept waiting during your session as you are one of many who have an appointment with the same person at the same time. I can honestly say that I am worse off now than I was when I started. I am in more pain. This place did more harm than good. What a waste of time effort, energy, and money. I have advised my doctor never to send a patient there again. read more

ATI's physical therapists are over booked and have little time to actually supervise the exercises or therapies they are using. They are also very friendly both with clients and anybody else that is nearby paying little attention to what you are actually doing in the way of therapy. Their billing practices are absurd ! You do not know how much you will be paying until you receive a bill at the end of the therapy. You also cannot dispute the bill because they never answer the phone or are too busy to return their phone calls after you have complained. II have used their services twice and should have learned after a similar experience the first time but because their locations are so convenient I returned to a different site thinking that it would be better. Trust me they are not. They should spend less money on advertising and more on improving the quality of their accounting department and their gyms. read more
