I went there for many months because I had two separate dr scripts to work on my knee and ankle, and this company got a lot of money out of my insurance, however, my co payment in total , totaled 15dollars. They added on interest to this amount , which is illegal for dr. bills and I get harassed via phone messages, atleast twice per week for a year now by this Mary. I have gotten so much harassing mail regarding this from this Mary lady, that the stamps alone she used could have come up to this coveted 20dollars she is harassing me about. I was going to go back there because of an upcoming surgery and needed PT follow up and was going to give the 15dollars that I owe them, but this Mary keeps on harassing me, saying she will take me to collections every time. On the phone, and in the letters, she threatens to take me to collections for 15dollars and then the added interest she added on. My Physical therapist I had was good, its just it is unacceptable to harass a former patient via mail and phone atleast 75 times now in total over the year, over such a little amount.

Rather than just writing a prescription to mask the symptoms, she is dedicated to finding the root cause and the plan of care that will best solve that problem. She perfectly balances her doctorates in traditional and natural medicine to meet the needs of the patients and find the path to healing and and optimal health. She is incredibly thorough and detailed in her approach to caring for her patients. Several members of my family are Dr. Brown's patients and they all leave their appointments beyond impressed with Dr. Brown's knowledge, compassion, and dedication to each patient. She is well worth the price and any potential wait. The fact that she doesn't accept insurance, while unfortunate for personal finances, is actually a good thing. Because Dr. Brown doesn't work with insurance, she's not ruled by them. This is why she can care for patients as they need, not as the insurance companies deem "the cheapest approach". If you look at your last co-pay bill from a doctor's visit, you'll see those appointments are billed at THOUSANDS of dollars. Dr. Brown isn't paid by insurance, so her prices of $895 for a new patient and an average of $350 for follow-up appointments (based on complexity), are incredibly reasonable. This is also why she can spend more time with her patients-- without insurance setting their typical limits (see X amount of patients daily and each appointment can only be 15 minutes max), Dr. Brown can dedicate the amount of time the patient needs for each appointment. This is why Dr. Brown's shortest appointment is an hour long, with some scheduled for as long as 90 minutes. Dr. Brown is so dedicated to her patients and ensuring the highest possible care that if a patient's needs exceed the scheduled appointment time, Dr. Brown stays until their needs are met. Dr. Brown prioritizes the patient in front of her. She looks at the whole person: life experiences, each system of the body, and their daily quality of life. There's no other Dr. as thorough, caring, or knowledge. You cannot get a better experience or meet a more dedicated and caring doctor.

When I called to tell her office that Walgreens never got the request for a refill, they required another appointment and more money to discuss it. If Dr Brown no longer wanted to precribe the medication, the professional thing to do would be to discuss a taper plan at my last appointment, and not risk the health of a patient. Abrupt discontinuation of this medication is known to cause seizures. I had to find a doctor who cares, after wasting over $500 on my last appointment. It all seems to be about making money, and not about the best interest for the patient anymore. I am very disappointed. I am thinking that I may report this incident to the State of Wisconsin, as this incident could have been life threatening. They never offered my $500 back after not refilling my restriction, even though they said they filled it. I am elderly, and really feel that I was mistreated and disrespected. I have undergone carpal tunnel release surgery, as well as having an overly sensitive nerve tacked in place at my elbow, and I have had torn cartilage removed from my knee. Appointments are fairly easy to get here, with, IMHO, pretty short wait times. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 6 weeks (and that was a one-off) to get in here, versus MONTHS for the dentist or a GP. Surgery is always scheduled very quickly from your appointment, and depending on what you are having done, may be performed here in the clinic downstairs, or a nearby hospital. I've done both. The parking lot is decently sized, or there is street parking. If you're looking for a doctor who will actually listen to you AND help you, this is the place. I know other people who are patients of some of the other doctors, and they like the place as well. This location is just off 27th street on Rawson, but there is another location on the corner of 108th (Mayfair Rd.) and Burleigh, if that works better for you. 29/2024

I absolutely cannot tolerate having my back "cracked." I have had some negative experiences with chiropractic care in the past. I knew I would benefit from chiropractic care for numerous (back, hip, knee) issues but I was nervous. Dr. Cosson listened to all my concerns and was able to show and explain things to me in a very easy to understand, yet detailed, manner. He uses a physical therapy type treatment approach. He does some soft tissue work combined with particular exercises to help my issues. He has helped me immensely - without the traditional "cracking" of my back. I have seen him for mid back, low back, hip, shoulder and knee issues. Each visit he is able to figure out my issues and explain the issue and then treatment approach. I would highly encourage anyone even considering chiropractic care to call Dr. Cosson. It's easy to make an appointment and you can even do it online.

The Nurse said the Doctor would meet and give us a review of my family members condition before they discharged them. But the Doctor could not be bothered and just ignored us. The issues and lack of care kept mounting daily. They left our family member to sit in their own urine for four hours and wouldn't check them. UNLESS WE ASKED!! We had to stay with our family member 9 hours a day to make sure care was being given. They say they care but could not deliver! Then they send out a standard response asking to be contacted, so they can get the post removed. But when things where happening and we brought up the concerns. They met with us said they take these things seriously but then brushed off our concerns not following up at the time or even a few days later while our family member was still there.
