I am REALLY confused by the 1 star reviews; I can only guess they are referring to the main clinics, not the urgent care option. I worked with Vince and Parker for work hardening, and they really helped me pinpoint some weaknesses I had. They helped me build a lot of strength and muscle to support my bad shoulder. Mr. Linnenkohl, the owner, went above and beyond, sharing helpful dieting tips that encouraged me use my exercise time to lose 15 pounds. We were given the phone very rudely to talk to the billing department or I was not going to be seen today even though I had full coverage insurance today. Anna was not polite. Anna had my wife crying in front everybody, staff and other patients who now knows about my financial situation. It was very WRONG of ANNA to bring up that topic that way and to keep on demanding payment or no more DR. Anna needs to take classes on customer service or find a different career because Anna will create more problems like this in the future for everyone, patients and staff of Capital Sports & Medicine.

Dr. Brown was professional, pleasant, listened to my concerns after having read my chart. Dr. Brown heard my concerns, worked on both my knee and foot and checked symmetry with my good knee and foot. I left there very pleased with my time spent with the good doctor. He is thorough and focuses on the patient and the ailment that brought me there. I highly recommend Dr. Brown for sports or work related treatments.

What they didn't tell me is that they would bill my insurance who would then pass on the cost to me because I hadn't met my deductible. I got a bill for $130 that they consider legitimate. All that to say, I did not experience any physical therapy on my visit. I got instruction on several exercises I could have found on YouTube. Very disappointing.

My first appointment was a consultation, and Dr. Greenlee took images and then sat with me to go over what "normal" would be versus what mine were..lol. I went in due to back pain and weakness (I have scoliosis), and he worked with me with that as well as a forward neck. I like that Dr. Greenlee adjusts you where and how you need it, rather than just adjusting away at everything. He's given me exercises to continue my progress at home as well as in the office. We took progress images and the difference in my neck posture was so cool to see! Dr. Greenlee listens intently when I bring up new concerns, and he always takes the time to understand and then helps in the right ways. There usually isn't much of a wait at all to get adjusted after my exercises, although I kind of like it when there is because the massage chairs are amazing! Dr. Greenlee is someone who is invested in his patients' overall wellbeing, and I trust him very much. Thank you!

I like him and his staff and the way they mend my pains so much that I have been going there even though they are not affiliated with my insurance. I don't mind paying out of pocket. His positive attitude and slide show of affirmations are also good for my mental health. Decompression is my friend and so relaxing. He healed my back and he also recommended some very good exercises to help it stay that way. He has lots of tools to help you get the most out of the treatment... not just a one size fits all. I didn't even think a chiropractor would work but decided to give it a try when my friend raved about Doc Greenlee. So glad I did. PS: He is great with the elderly, very gentle and if something bothers you or hurts he tries a different approach and remembers for future sessions.
