Having a lowered car can turn an ordinary tow into mission impossible! I have had a tow truck leave me stranded on side of freeway saying my car was too low, and AAA refuses to tow my car because it is "modified". It's challenging as it is, but when the entire wheel breaks off my car, in the middle of a packed parking lot?! I requested multiple quotes through the yelp app on my phone. I included some pictures and explained my situation even though I doubted anybody would be able to help! Within a couple minutes, I got a message from the owner of Atilanos Towing saying it looked like the control arm busted off. He said it would require special equipment to move it, but it could be done on a flatbed tow truck. Very professional, quality service for the best price, and excellent customer service! Do not use this towing company. They damaged my front bumper. When I asked if they were going to pay to fix it, he said he will pay me cash but not to inform his insurance company because it would go up. Then he called his boss over and he said he was not going to pay since that would be admitting fault and for me to sue the company. The owner refused to provide his full name and insurance information. Now I have to go to small claims to get my car fixed. Worst experience ever! read more

When my husband called for a tow they didnt not tell him it was cash only, they said it would be 20 minutes before someone got to the vehicle. Then the driver gets to the vehicle takes the vehicle to the shop the driver said it was cash only, it took 45 minutes for the driver to show up and it took the driver 15 minutes to get the vehicle off the tow truck. My husband had to rush and get cash to pay for the tow. When I called to complain the guy said it was our fault cause we didnt ask what they take. I have never used a tow truck company who didnt take a card. I will never use this tow ppl again and I dont recommend them. read more
