Okay that not something to trip about... Until I asked her, how much for a wheel alignment. She says 100$, I say okay not today. As the mechanic is finishing up my tires I ask how much for a wheel alignment, my man tells me 80$ lol So either they don't have standardized prices and don't communicate with each-other or she's steady trying to get over on people whether it's 5$ per tire or 20$ for wheel alignment. Since it was Labor Day, there weren't many shops open, so I called another mobile mechanic just to get some insight. He was super kind and actually recommended this place. I was surprised they were open on a holiday, especially because they were really busy. I got there around 8 AM and they took my car in pretty much right away. They found that some parts from my brake job had not been installed properly by the previous mechanic and got everything taken care of. They were also able to find another issue I've been dealing with for a while, which I really appreciated. I get nervous going to mechanics because I always worry about being overcharged when I don't fully understand what they're talking about. I didn't feel that way here at all. They were patient, explained everything to me, and were very honest about what was actually wrong and what I needed. They were quick, friendly, honest, and their prices were very fair. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this shop!

Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. I was in and out in 17 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive south of the 215 and a minute from Arrow. Golden Tire sets the Golden standard. Good, really GOOD people here! Grateful.

Who in the right mind would buy two tires that are different, even if they're used and that the ad says nothing about this. Also, sure they will install them, but they don't balance the tires, because of course, that's extra. So coming in for $25 used tires thinking sure I'll pay $50 for two, ends up being over $100. If that is not crooked, I have no idea what is. The only thing I will say, though is the two employees that were there were very nice, and they were just doing what the owner told them to do. So I don't blame the employees at all. They were actually pretty cool.

If there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being given an estimated time and then finding out much later that nothing had been done. What should have been a 45-minute to one-hour service turned into a much longer wait. Unfortunately, I left very unsatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.
