I want to express my greatest gratitude toward Joseph, Andy, Giselle, Stephanie, and Son…read more We are an immigration legal tech startup from Stanford and other big accelerators like Z-Fellow. Since day one, Joseph has been a really supportive and enthusiastic with our collaborations. Not only was he very involved with his clients, but was also a leader in the development of this industry as a whole. The team that he leads also embodies his ideal, as they were welcoming and generous with their time, giving us a firsthand look at how the firm runs. Having seen firsthand how they work, we'd happily refer anyone to Joseph and his team.

From day one, our case manager, Margaret, made everything feel simple and manageable. What we thought would be a stressful and confusing experience turned into something we could actually handle, thanks to how patient and clear she was. Margaret helped us put together all the documents, organize our evidence, and made sure everything we submitted was solid. She explained each step, told us what to expect, and even prepped us for our interviews so we felt confident walking in. The part that meant the most was how involved they stayed the whole way through. They didn't just tell us what to do, they actually sent an attorney with us when we had to meet with an immigration officer, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Because of their help, everything got approved way faster than we expected. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and honestly just a lot easier than we thought it would be. If you need an immigration law firm that actually cares and knows what they're doing, Tsang and Associates is the one. We're really grateful for them.

Outstanding Help With N-400, N-648, and RFE Response!…read more Chugh law office was originally recommended to me by someone I trust. I later recommended them to a friend, who also had a great experience. So when it was time for me to look for immigration assistance for my disabled mother, I didn't hesitate to reach out -- and I'm so glad I did. Our case turned out to be much more complicated than expected. My mother qualified for a medical disability exemption (N-648), but her primary care physician did not complete the form properly the first time. This resulted in multiple interviews and a Request for Evidence (RFE). It was stressful and overwhelming at times, but their team stepped in and helped us correct everything strategically. They carefully reviewed our documentation, clearly explained USCIS expectations (especially regarding medical nexus and oath capacity issues), and guided us in preparing a strong RFE response. I have a very busy schedule and am much easier to reach by email, and they were consistently communicative, responsive, and thorough in their correspondence. I always felt informed and supported. Their fees were reasonable for the level of detail and guidance they provided, and they were transparent about the scope of work and expectations. They never overpromised outcomes, but they made sure our submission was as strong as possible. Thanks to their guidance, my mother successfully obtained her U.S. citizenship, and we were even able to receive her certificate the same day. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail during such an important process for our family. I highly recommend them to anyone navigating a complicated immigration matter -- especially cases involving an N-400 naturalization application, an N-648 medical disability waiver, or an RFE.

I hired this law firm for my restraining order and divorce and signed a retainer for $7,500. They…read moretold me the restraining order would be a flat $2,500. From the moment I hired them, communication was almost nonexistent-they ignored my calls, emails, and messages. On the hearing date, Attorney Mr. Ethen appeared via Zoom and simply requested a continuance for my restraining order. I felt completely unsupported. After that, I decided to change attorneys and requested a refund for the unused portion. I had to follow up for months with numerous emails and office visits, yet I received no response, invoices, or updates. Eventually, they issued what I believe is a fraudulent invoice, charging me for 03/14/2025-- four days before I even hired them on 03/18/2025. They also charged me $2,100 for the continuance, claiming it was hourly and done by a senior attorney, but my emails clearly show it was handled by an associate attorney. After I posted a review, Mrs. Balween called me and spoke rudely, even though prior to that they had ignored all my attempts to contact them. I feel that they took advantage of me, misused my hard-earned money, and engaged in questionable billing practices. I eventually received only around $450 after five months of chasing them in person and via email. I strongly do not recommend this firm. Their service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, and their billing practices are questionable. If you want to save your money and protect your case, look elsewhere. Filing a complaint with the State Bar may also be necessary.
