I've contracted Levi a handful of times over the last 10 yrs for jobs big and small, including: 1) taking down an invasive Bradford pear in the front lawn, 2) cleaning up the perimeter of our overgrown back yard, 3) taking down a huge tree with a 12ft+ wide trunk, 4) and most recently (and pictured), getting rid of a ridiculously large limb from a neighbor's tree that came down during a storm and damaged the fence, deck, and a freestanding one-car garage. Each time Levi and his time have been fantastic, taking care of the job from start to finish. They pull permits (when needed), cut, clear, clean and haul away. He's also been great at advising on how best to communicate with the insurance company. We will certainly continue to use Atlanta Area Tree Service! read more

Received a estimate and agreed on the contract, ATL tree service decided without notice, (no phone call, no e-mail nothing) not to perform the work after trying to contact them for many days, they stated they had returned to Atlanta. I would not, not, not recommend this service to anyone. We are now scrambling to have trees removed. read more

Im very pleased. I just had sod laid and needed more sunlight on my lawn. Levi was able to quickly give an estimate and explained exactly what he planned to do. He was able to schedule within about one week, and was on time, even early, on the day of service. I was incredibly pleased with the work and was impressed that he updated me to make sure of it. Levi could not have been more professional when servicing our home. I would recommend him and his company completely.

Levi gave me a quote several years ago to trim up and take down sections of some large oaks in my yard. At the time he was busy so he subbed the project out. On the day of the job I was at work, and from what I understand the sub was rude to my mother. He also asked if we wanted any firewood, and she said some, and what they left was what's in the photo. They didn't haul away any of the massive stumps. What is the average citizen supposed to do with this? Eventually I paid some gentlemen off craigslist to turn them into fire logs, but I had THOUSANDS of them, and was still finding ways to burn them up or dispose of them when I sold the house. I couldn't seem to give them away! Stay away from the subs this company uses. read more

They cut down a maple tree for me today and I am impressed with their service. When they arrived they got right to work, cut the tree down, and cleaned the debris left in our yard and the neighbor's yard and the roofs. The tree was between my house and the neighbor's driveway. Levi was very knowledgeable about the other trees I consulted him about and other things in general. He even threw a little gardening advice. Atlanta Area Tree Service gave a fair estimate and realistic time frame and then and most importantly, honored the estimate and did a fantastic job at not only removing the limb and all of the debris but did so with a level of detail and professionalism that was truly impressive. Levi and his crew called before they came and showed up on time. We had three mulberry trees that needed to be removed from an area in the back yard that could not be accessed by his trucks, one of which was very large and curved over the roof of my garage. Levi went into the tree on a harness and did an outstanding job of bringing it down without harming the house or the garage, and took out the other two trees as well. It looked so good I asked him to take out a sweet gum tree, too, which he did on the spot and at no additional charge. Then he and his crew hauled all the debris to the street, chipped and hauled off everything, and blew the roof and sidewalk to be sure no debris remained. These guys were great - responsive and affordable. I had a small tree trimming and debris removal project and had recently been blow off by two other companies. Atlanta Area Tree Service (Levi) came out quickly and took care of my issues. He went above and beyond and was way more affordable than some other guys I called.
