This was a grill for my son for his prom and we live 2.5 hours away. FIRST They made us pay cash for a same day turnaround WE DIDNOT GET IT THE SAME DAY . we had to use their ATM which was 6.00 PER TRANSACTION and the hustler behind the counter said it would be 3.50 that was the first red flag . The worker/hustler stated that he would call us when it was ready due to it being a 4 /5 hour wait he said it would be ready between 6-7pm we waited due to not living near by but we never heard anything so we stayed calling the store around 5:30 but didn't get an answer. We called the owner and he stated that he was told the worker called us then left the store becuz we didn't answer(he has our cash why wouldn't we answer) . We stayed in that area all of those hours and we had already paid with cash so we wanted to be sure not to miss there call paying with cash was 2red flag. I got the worker personal number from the owner and he was really nasty he stated that he was NOT going bck to the store to get our product and that they close at 5:30 pm even though he told us ready between 6-7 pm we even told the owner and he said yes they will stay past closing to make sure you get the grill . Well the jerk then yelled at me that he was not the owner and we wasn't unlocking the store and hung up in my face . He had to get a room near by so that we could make sure to visit the store in the morning to get the grill my son was not able to try it one had school the next day ... WE DID NOT GET THE GRILL THE SAME DAY WE HAD TO GET A WHOLE HOTEL ROOM JUST SO THAT WE ARE THERE AT OPENING THIS Place is SO SHADY AND LIES ABOUT EVERY THING. We got a subpar grill that we was stuck with becuz when we went the next day that jerk wasn't even working and the girl acted lien she didn't even know what we where talking about ...avoid this place at all cost I'll rather pay more for professionals read more

I hate to tear a black business down and I'm beyond disappointed to have to write this but I was informed by this business that they do denture partials so I went there January 8, 2026 to get fitted for partials and I went back a month later when the bottom part was done for a fitting and it was supposed to be in 2 weeks later (I've never even seen the top partial) fast forward to the present.... all I've gotten was excuses of why it hasn't been delivered and I have not even been offered a refund. I went with them because I couldn't afford the partials at the dentist, and still ended up losing $450 now I have to take legal action it's almost 5 months now and I still have yet to receive my partials! read more

I have purchased about 3 charms from this establishment. Never again. First they promised to rush it. Then took a day or 2 to respond to my request to see options. After they had me rush there just to see charms in person. WASTED MY TIME. Then told me I had to pay to get started. When I got home I decided on 1 charm which they hadn't started yet they wouldn't remaining balance- meanwhile never stating all sales final mind you I had to pay to get the order started. When I agreed to letting them give me a chain and advised it should be gold. I get the the chain is choker length and SILVER. Then tried to charge me more to swap for gold which was what I was promised from jump. Then they cool when you place the order but funny acting when you have issues due to their misinformation. Strike 1 - They only take cash. Strike 2 - there's a sign that says 3 hour gold teeth (& they tell you if you come in prior to 3p your item will be ready by 630ish) which is false as it is 7:05p and I'm still waiting although they close at 7/745p. They don't instruct you on how to care for the teeth nor do they provide any follow up or anything to ensure proper fitting etc. Strike 3 - I returned a week later due to the gold losing its shine and was then told about jewelry wipes, had I known upon purchase I wouldn't have had to waste a trip back to L5P. This place is extremely unprofessional and they don't care anything about it. & they didn't even offer a refund for losing my bf grill then finding it 2 months later and then when he got it only one tooth fit and they told him they would call him when the other tooth was ready it's has now been another month and they have both of our numbers and not one call was received from them and when you call them about it they lie every time about the process of the tooth. I also witnessed another customer who traveled from out of town & returned 3months later and they Didn't have her teeth !!!!! Ready/could they find her teeth.
