Clean, sterile and somewhat futuristic. The dentist was patient thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. My gripe is with the front desk. Without getting into a big discussion, I spent a great deal of time completing the online paperwork prior to my visit. Provided ID during my visit. It was an out of network referral. I received a call the next day, the young lady asked me for my social security number, I asked why that was needed and she said for identification purposes. I said well I provided my ID when I was there and I explained I wasn't comfortable providing my social security number. She said, and I quote, "ok no problem" and ended the call. That was almost 2 months ago and I still have not heard back.

This is not the quality of experience I expect from paying for dental insurance which includes these cleanings. I specifically informed the rep of the issues I faced very soon after my first cleaning and the rep assured me I would NOT have the same hygienist at my next cleaning. I showed up at my second cleaning 6 months later and they gave me the same hygienist with having NO notes in their system of my prior complaint.
