I could not be more impressed with a dentist office if I tried! This place has it together from beginning to end. I have a background in clinical operations so certain things stick out to me that may not matter to some. When I called to schedule my initial appointment the receptionist Kiara was very pleasant and highly efficient at her job. She sent me the new patient forms right away and upon arrival, all I had to do was provide my insurance and ID. I literally waited 5 minutes to be called to the back. My hygienist Kim, was amazing! She was attentive, personable, professional and kind. She did a great job of explaining everything to me as it was happening. I also think its very clever how they have televisions placed in the ceiling...I've never seen that before. The technology they used was so cutting-edge, I hate that I been missing out on them all this time but if things continue at this rate, they certainly have a lifer. Lastly my dentist, Jonathan I think was his name, fell in line with the rest of the experience. He also was professional, friendly and had a great energy about himself. (1/5 stars) I had a very disappointing experience here.The front desk staff was unhelpful and unorganized, which led to long wait times despite having an appointment. The dentist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain my treatment options clearly. Additionally, I was overcharged for a service that my insurance was supposed to cover, and getting a refund has been a hassle. I expected better professionalism and care, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future. read more

Beware of the unprofessional and inaccessible doctor, staff and office management - they have no online system for appointments and require you to call, and are often shortstaffed and from all indications, appears VMs frequently missed. In January, I called repeatedly to schedule an appointment and left VMs (during working hours). When I finally got an assistant on the phone, she told me she had not got my VMs, but she told me they were shortstaffed (which would appear to make the case for an automated appointment system). I finally had an appointment on a Monday. Coming out of a work trip the week prior I got a URI traveling back on Friday, and called over the weekend to let them know of my URI and my inability to make my appointment. I woke up Monday to several missed calls about my "missing the appointment". I called immediately, indicated I left a VM and was out sick, but was rudely treated on the phone, told they didn't receive my VM, and then sent a bill for $100 for a missed appointment - while I was OOO for 3 days ill that week. If they had a proper online system, I could have rescheduled immediately on Saturday. And I have repeatedly had to follow up to VMs - which are untraceable. The doctor is inaccessible and apparently incapable of managing a professional office. Needless to say, I will fighting the $100, given I have iphone records of my phone calls, and will be switching dentists to one who makes it easy to coordinate with them. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Damji and this practice. Everyone is extremely friendly, polite and helpful! Their office is extremely clean too (also just recently moved into a new office within the last year). I have been here 3x now for cleanings, and an Invisilign consultation. I have never had to wait for more than 5 mins upon arrival. They see you almost immediately! That's not common in most practices - they usually make you wait even if arriving on time. Dr. Damji is not only patient, but also extremely informative and thorough. He has great bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you understand the "how" and "why". This is a textbook example of how to run a company into the ground. Take on too many patients and hire too few staff to run the scheduling and billing aspects of the business. They sent an email saying they can't bill government employee's dental insurance and we would have to obtain EOB denials from our health insurance and self-submit to our dental insurance company. When I called and emailed questions for clarification, both emails and both voicemails went ignored and unreturned. How do you expect patients to handle their own billing and insurance claims? Do you pay your staff to do this job? Not worth the headache. I will find another dental office who understands insurance. read more

I felt very safe during this visit to the dentist. I had to fill out a form prior to my visit confirming I was not feeling any covid-19 symptoms. I was instructed to call the office upon arrival and wait in my car until they were ready for me. My appointment was right on time. Masks were required in the building and my temperature was checked first thing as I stepped in their office. I was seen right away for a cleaning. As always, I felt very well taken care of. I had a great cleaning by Michelle and was seen by Dr. Damji shortly after. Dr. Damji is very professional and passionate about dentistry. Dr. Damji and his staff always educate me on how to better take care of my teeth. I spent an hour there start to finish. Executive Park Dentistry is where I go for my teeth cleanings. They have been professional, on time, and easy to schedule with (after waiting initially to establish care). Since I had a positive experience, I was willing to try taking my three year old for his first dental appointment. The staff did a great job making him feel comfortable. They showed him what they were going to do and explained things multiple times before getting started. The dentist and hygienist allowed him to ask as many questions as he wanted--related or not--throughout the visit. The team is great with kids or adults. read more

I had a first time appointment yesterday and ultimately left feeling disappointed and like I wasted my time and my money. I'll start by saying that it's been a while since I've last went to a dentist and I need some extensive work done (bridges/implants). After looking for a dentist that can do these things and coming across all of these good reviews, I called his office and scheduled a initial consultation. The doctor was late in seeing me but when he finally did, he does an initial look at my teeth and asks me what I'd like to achieve with my smile. I explain to him about bridges and he says that he wants to do some x-rays first. After going over my x-rays, he ultimately says that I'll have to go to an orthodontist and has his assistant give me someone he recommends. He then says that he specializes in doing Invisaligns and can't do the work I need done. I was very shocked by this because his website clearly states that he can do dental bridges/implants. Anyways, his website also claims that he offers a complimentary consultation so I was quite shocked upon leaving when the receptionist told me that my bill was $332 because of the two x-rays I had done. I left feeling scammed. If he really only specializes in Invisaligns, then why does he have listed on his website that he can also do bridges? Also, if he knew that he couldn't do the work I needed, why insist that I get all of these x-rays done when he can't perform the work anyways? It felt like he just wanted me to have x-rays so that he could charge me. Although I felt that both the doctor and his assistants were very friendly, I can't recommend this place. read more

I had the same dentist my entire life (Dr. Wild in Huntington, WV), and I adore him. He is the bright spot of that town, and I would travel from Columbus, OH, England, and Atlanta to get my cleanings/check-ups. Once my parents moved to NC I had to find a new dentist because I would have to book a hotel on top of the madness of traveling almost 8 hours for a dental visit. Because of the long wait-times to book here I went to another dentist that didn't go well (review coming shortly - I didn't want to post a review of him until a few visits here to confirm my suspicions). After that... unpleasant experience I went ahead and booked an appointment many months out here. I can't explain how much it was worth the wait. I love Dr. Damji and his whole staff. They are so kind and incredibly thorough. They also have really impressive equipment/technology the likes of which I'd not experienced in WV (surprise, surprise) or at the other dentist in Atlanta I had visited (fwiw, it was also a seemingly "good" dentist). I know that dental visits cause a lot of people anxiety, and I really think this place is the panacea to that. As another reviewer said, part of me wants to say nothing because I almost want to keep this secret to myself, but they totally deserve all the success they can get. read more

I highly recommend Executive Park Dentistry. I tried several dentists in the area before finding them and they are truly the best. I suffer from anxiety around dental procedures and Dr. Damji and his team have the best, most calming presences and are a huge help with that. They take concerns seriously and do what they can to accommodate and make sure you're comfortable, no matter the procedure. The whole staff there is really wonderful. The office is also beautiful and has huge windows overlooking greenery, which is so nice compared to the stuffy, white-walled, windowless rooms a lot of dental offices have. I am A HUGE FAN of Dr Damji And Staff!!!!! I almost don't want to share the secret of this place because I want to keep the "hominess" of it. :) I found Dr Damji through Yelp. I was with my previous dentist for over 15yrs and realized it was time to move on. When I first called Executive, the wonderful Amy picked up with such warmth and friendliness, that I knew this was going to be great place. As she made my appointment to come to see Dr D, it was easy, simple, and I was in pretty quickly. When I came in for appointment, I was greeted with smiles. The office is so beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows are perfect. When I had a question for Dr D, he actually took the time to get on the phone with me to answer it!! And I'm not even a long time patient...... HUGE! I don't remember the last time a dentist (even the one I was going to for over 15yrs) got on the phone. I know this sounds crazy, but I'm almost looking forward to when I need to go have the rest of my cavities filled!! I'm definitely looking forward to my cleaning. read more

I needed a good bit of dental work done and after multiple visits to different dentists, my buddy referred me to here. Let me tell you, going to the dentist is a chore for most people and especially intimidating if you never go. After one consultation visit, the staff made me feel welcomed and walked me through the process and they offered to do all the dental work in one sitting! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Unlike other dentists where you actually never see the doctor again after getting the work done, Dr. Damji continues to check up on me when I go in for cleanings. A+! read more

I didn't have to wait too much before the doctor did a full examination of my teeth and gums. She was very patient in explaining all the different issues/concerns, gave good recommendations and listened to me when I had to say something. This is absolutely the best dental office that I have ever had the pleasure to visit. Both my husband and I were made to feel at home and comfortable. Dr. Damji is gently, thorough and very professional. I had to have some work and thought I would need two crowns. All I heard was "I can restore that!" and knew that not only was this man a great dentist he was also very understanding of the financial impacts of major dental work. The staff is equally as professional and friendly. I have never been comfortable at the dentist and I finally can say that my dental anxiety is almost gone. All of my work is completed and I am 100% satisfied. I would recommend this office to anyone. The bonus is that this office is also very LGBT friendly. I just signed up for insurance on the exchanges after being in grad school for three years and was excited to have dental insurance again (I'm the daughter of a dental hygienist and LOVE getting my teeth cleaned). However, I was less excited when I saw the dismal reviews of most of the dental offices that were in network. It took awhile before I came across Executive Park Dentistry on the list, and I'm glad I did. Very friendly staff, a dental hygienist that can clean my teeth as well as my own mother, and a dentist that isn't going to try and upwell you on procedures you don't need. They were so great that I finally signed my better half up for a dentist appointment. My only complaint (and I didn't ding them for this) is their hours aren't the most flexible in the world for people who work and can't leave work easily. I think opening earlier or staying later a few days a week would be very helpful. read more

I must say how impressed I was with the service, professionalism, and outcome of my recent pair of dental visits. I have to start with a visit to another dentist (Cost Dental) to replace a broken tooth that needed a crown. That experience was subpar and I felt very unsatisfied with the result...the experience was painful, the final crown does not feel like a natural tooth, the temporary crown fell out one day later, and the return to place the crown was like rushed....not to mention they were sloppy got a compound on my short that could not come out...So, when it happened again on another tooth (as luck with have it) about four months later I know immediately I could not go back to Coast Dental. I called Executive Park expecting to be told I would not be able to be seen for weeks...they had a cancellation and got me in the very next day. Once in, they diagnosed and treated the tooth on the same visit...the temporary crown stayed in place the whole week and a half while we waited for the crown to arrive. The use of advanced imaging equipment to determine the shape and size of the new crown was impressive and it came back a perfect fit, natural tooth feeling, and needed very little adjusting. The use of numbing agents on both visits were done expertly with little or no pain...and second visit to place the crown when as smoothly as the first. Both Dr. Damji (who did the initial work) and his replacement dentist (who placed the crown while Dr. Damji was on travel) were excellent. The entire team including Kathy and the front line team were excellent. If you get a crown done anywhere else you might be taking a risk...this team is great! Note, if you call you will typically go to voicemail so expect that...they will, however, call you back soon. In fact, they called me back to tell me that they had an opening that very same day but I was in a meeting and missed that return call and window...she did, however, as I said above, get me in the next day. read more

Dr. Damji and his team are 5-star and topnotch! I really appreciate their customer service approach and above all, their skills! They all have wonderful personalities which makes for a pleasant overall experience. From Amy, the front office manager to Deborah and Kristine, the two dental hygienist that I've experienced, you can't ask for better service. The office environment is peaceful and relaxing. When you're there, you feel like you're at the spa. It took me a little while to find another great dentist but I did an online search and found great reviews on Dr. Damji and wanted to share my experience too. Dr. Damji is attentive and very thorough--the kind of dentist that cares and takes his time. This is the best dental office I have been to! Granted, I haven't been to the dentist in over three-ish years, and have major dental anxiety...but Deborah was calming, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me practical goals to take better care of my teeth. I was afraid that she would be walking into a disaster of plaque and buildup (which she did) and make me feel bad, but she got in there and did there thing. I needed descaling since it has been so long, and I've neglected this part of my health. Honestly, I do NOT like going to the dentist as all the digging and drilling sounds are like nails on a chalkboard to me, my knuckles were probably white as I lay there. But I had such confidence in her - that she was thorough and looking out for my best interest - it was worth it. Dr. Meyer was also very kind - they both answered my questions and explained things well. I will be returning! (because I need deep cleaning, haha...) Plus - everyone I met there had nice teeth! =D Also, the view of the trees while you lie there made a difference. read more

I was a patient here like 4 years ago and couldn't remember why I left, but made an appointment for a cleaning yesterday and was told that I would be out on a list if something opens up. I get a text this morning saying there is a 1pm available first come first serve. I literally hit the number at 1 second. The receptionist didn't answer as always and when she finally answered on the next call she stated the appointment was taken sorry. I'm like do you guys have a list of who is next up because this was my 4th time having this happen since I've been a patient. She was like yes but then we would have to send out multiple text (that's the point and more professional.) This cattle call and hurrying to call and not answering is kind of unprofessional and ghetto. Every time I call I get no answer. Best dentist I have been to yet!! Office is small in the back of Montilck and Associates building. The staff was very attentive and nice, as well as my dental hygienist who was most definitely the nicest hygienist I have had. Her and the dentist really listened to my concerns. Although this was just a teeth cleaning and X-rays, I've been super self conscious about a gap between my teeth, and they were very informative about the different paths I can choose to close it. They also let me make another appointment for the next day for an ortho consultation to see the different options. I was overly happy with my experience here, especially since I was a 30 second drive away at Gables Sheridan. I most definitely recommended this dentist to all my friends :) read more

Very cozy and comfortable dental office. Office staff was very friendly. Dr. Damji is very warm and professional. He took the time to go through my dental x-rays with me and explain what it is that they look for. The dental chairs face large windows so they give you sunglasses to avoid getting blinded by the sun. They also gave me a pillow to rest my head on while getting my teeth cleaned. Overall, a very nice experience given the fact that someone is scraping around your mouth for an hour! Excited to have found a new dentist that is very close to my home. read more

Today was my first visit to this office. I had an emergency issue and I called this AM and they had me come right in. Not only did I receive AMAZING patient care by Dr. Damji and his staff, this was the first time in my life I received a shot for numbing where it was completely painless! Everyone was very caring, and Dr. Damji and his assistants explained every process as they worked. It was very informative. The décor is amazing, peaceful and EXTREMELY clean. Not that you would eat off the floor but you could in that office if that's your thing LOL...I will be going back in a few weeks and I am thankful that I finally found a dentist office that I will continue to go to.
