    It didn't hurt at all! I went in with tooth pain and the dentist took care of it ! He was friendly and very good at his job!

    What do they charge for a cleaning with and without x-rays?

    Do you all do porcelain veneers?

    We do veneers! What type and technique vary greatly based upon the way your teeth fit together, grinding habits, diet, etc. We would love to see you to give you a custom treatment plan.

    Does this practice offer Invisalign?

    We do clear aligner therapy in the office to straighten your teeth and improve your smile!

    Has anyone had experience with dentures that are anchored in your mouth with this dentist?

    We typically tag team with a prosthodontist who has put in their 10,000 hours on dentures and stabilization via implants. Please call our office to get these doctors' contact information.

    Does anyone know if Dr. McNay takes Met Life insurance ? Bill D.

    We do take Metlife insurance, although we are not an in-network provider. The joy of most Metlife policies is that they allow you to see any dentist and we have found they pay well, leaving you with very little or no out of pocket expenses.

The dentist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain my treatment options clearly. In January, I called repeatedly to schedule an appointment and left VMs (during working hours). When I finally got an assistant on the phone, she told me she had not got my VMs, but she told me they were shortstaffed (which would appear to make the case for an automated appointment system). I finally had an appointment on a Monday. Coming out of a work trip the week prior I got a URI traveling back on Friday, and called over the weekend to let them know of my URI and my inability to make my appointment. I woke up Monday to several missed calls about my "missing the appointment". I called immediately, indicated I left a VM and was out sick, but was rudely treated on the phone, told they didn't receive my VM, and then sent a bill for $100 for a missed appointment - while I was OOO for 3 days ill that week. If they had a proper online system, I could have rescheduled immediately on Saturday. And I have repeatedly had to follow up to VMs - which are untraceable. The doctor is inaccessible and apparently incapable of managing a professional office. Needless to say, I will fighting the $100, given I have iphone records of my phone calls, and will be switching dentists to one who makes it easy to coordinate with them.

    Professional, punctual, on-time, runs like clock work…read more I was promptly checked in, and escorted to my chair within minutes of my appointment. Never did I feel rushed , nor were they pushy. They were simply efficient, and coordinated. They were 100% ready to perform the services, the xray, the cleaning, everything. No waiting on my part. As for the service, again, very professional , and cordial. The assistant did majority of the work, and was careful to not inflict too much pain. The doctor came in and reviewed and QA all the work, and then provided a summary of the xray, teeth health, etc etc.

Through the years I have gotten several fillings, cleanings 3 times a year, and great referrals. In 2025, the dental hygienist suggested that I get a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. I get my teeth clean three times a year for the last 12yrs and have very little plaque. On an X-ray there were circled to small spots that had plaque that they sent to my insurance company that could have easily been taken care of with a regular cleaning. The deep cleaning is more expensive and has over a hundred dollars out-of-pocket cost. I told them I did not want the deep cleaning. After that, the office staff refused to book an appointment for me unless, I got the deep cleaning instead of my usual cleaning. I can afford it, but I don't like dental offices forcing treatment on me because it's more profitable for them.
