I called and was told it would be another week, and he would call me when it was ready, that he was "waiting on the part because echo doesn't like him". Well, THREE weeks passed, and I finally called and he said it STILL wasn't ready, said should be the next day. Next day I go to the store in person, and they didn't even know where my piece of equipment was. They finally found it, and it wasn't ready, so they said tomorrow once again. I informed them I would Be there the next day, and if it wasn't ready, I was taking it with me. Went back the next day, and it was ready, to the time of over $100 for a simple repair. No discount whatsoever for their tremendous levels of unprofessionalism. Then the best part, got it home, and fired it up, and it wouldn't stay running, had to take it to another engine repair shop. DO NOT use this business is my advice.

I called them Monday AM before 9am about a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. They answered…read morepromptly and asked what wasn't working, what the make was(LG), and the approximate age of the fridge (3 years) and said they would get it on the schedule. 24 hours later, after hearing nothing, I called back to find out what the schedule was for a tech. No mention of a service fee on either call. The tech arrived, no mention of a service fee at arrival, spends 2 minutes looking at the fridge and asks me the age again. Promptly tells me that it's under warranty (5 years), they don't do repair work and then tells me there is a $60 service fee. I called the office and was told "you didn't ask if there was a service fee - we've had the same service fee for 20 years." I can't comment on their actual work because they will not do the repair I have, but their communication is very poor.

We had two lawn mowers that we were hoping to get repaired so we brought over one after speaking with a very nice younger gentleman on the phone. He walked me through the process and I explained that the mower deck was getting caught and need repair. We had taken the deck off so we could view it better and I had asked the gentleman on the phone if they would like it put back on before bringing it over. He replied no, it'd be easier off. So we brought all the clips and screws for it so they had all the parts. Two weeks after we dropped it off, I called to get a status on it and another man picked up and gave me the run around that if I didn't have two weeks to wait for it, then I shouldn't have dropped it off. That was fine, it was still early compared to other places. I was just going off the time frame someone else said to me. He then mentioned he should get a chance to look at it in the next week. Alright, fine. After four weeks, I called again, and alas, was told that he had not looked at it because he spends 90% of his day on the phone and can never get to working on any lawn mowers. He then mentioned he'd get look at it the next week. Finally after 6 weeks, I called and he still mentioned that he hadn't looked it and kept mentioning that us bringing it in "pieces" made it harder for him after we had asked if they'd rather us put it back together. He once again mentioned spending more time on the phone than being able to work on the motors. I finally just said I didn't want to be rude, but that we would be coming to pick it up. At this point, the man was blatantly rude stating that I was more than welcome to pick it up and wait 9 weeks somewhere else, then hung up on me. I read the reviews before coming here, they say he does good work and has fair prices, and I don't have anything against that, I am sure he does fine work. However, the customer service of the business is disorganized and rude.

And their immense selection of Yeti's and Benjamin Moore paints was refreshing in comparison to nearby competitive stores. Safe to say, If I ever need a repair, help with my at-home projects, or a simple mood-booster, I will not hesitate to run to this store.
