His approach is friendly and set clear expectations on timing; providing a quote before anything was repaired. The experience from there forward has been very positive. I asked him to repair a tire issue and "go over" everything to see what needed to be serviced to keep my tractor/mower running well. He communicates clearly and found areas where he could save me money by ordering parts from another supplier. He finished off the repair with a pressure wash, making it look better than it has looked in years. I didn't have a problem with these guys at all. All of them were nice and very helpful. I was…read moreputting a dual bagger on my tractor and removed the grass chute. The only problem I had were the locks that were attached on the pin to hold the chute. I spent about an hour trying to take those things off then gave up. So, I took the chute to them. They had it removed within 3-4 minutes and only charged me $5.00. Hell I would have even paid $10 so I could finish putting my dual bagger on my Poulan Pro. The little job I had was quick and fast. For anything small, I'll take it to them. However when it comes time to service my tractor, I already have a company that comes out to my house and performs the service without having to bring my equipment to them. In some cases, some companies may have your equipment anywhere from a week to 6 weeks. I don't know this company's policy on equipment repair so I can't speak on that. If you're in the Dacula Ga area and may need equipment repair or service done, check them out.
