I feel botched and seeking help from another surgeon! I'm more self conscious and more disappointed in the way I look prior to surgery! I came to Dr Berhane because I felt as though he did a decent job with my prior surgeries but I truly believe he wasn't skilled enough in the area of legs and body lifts! I would have preferred him being completely honest with me in his ability to perform this type of surgery vs attempting to do this surgery and messing my body up! More skin was removed from my arms vs legs, no liposuction was done, I have a permanent scar on my buttocks for no apparent reason, very crooked and uneven scars and so much skin still hanging from my legs and buttocks! My butt has been spread apart and it looks horrible..It doesn't even look like any skin was removed at all and I actually look worst than before my surgery! I cry almost every day when I look at myself in the mirror naked! I'm so angry about my body and feel ripped off! Upon speaking with Dr Berhane after surgery and during my healing process I don't feel as though he listened or addressed any of my concerns or issues! But rather tried to pacify me..After months of recovery it looks worst because gravity is taking place and more skin laxity is settling in! He has suggested we could look at a revision but I just don't trust him doing this procedure again...I'm very saddened at this review because I truly had good experiences with the staff and him prior to this last surgery but I feel the need to make others aware of my bad experience..

My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

I said yes because it seemed to wear off faster than usual. The price was almost double what I had previously paid, so I assumed the treatment would be longer-lasting. Two weeks later, I still had noticeable movement in my forehead. I texted to request a touch-up, and she scheduled me at her StudioPlex location, which I hadn't been to before. When I arrived, I couldn't find the suite. I called and texted multiple times but didn't receive a response.I understand she may have been with clients, but since I didn't show up at my appointment time, I would have expected her to check her phone to see where I was. I wandered around for 20-30 minutes in the cold and rain trying to locate her suite with no success. When I got home, I texted again asking if I could reschedule at her Midtown location. She apologized for missing my calls and messages but didn't address rescheduling. I followed up the next day and didn't receive a reply. Considering the $700+ cost, nearly double my usual, I'm left questioning whether I received the full amount of Botox I was charged for.

Most importantly, I'm very happy with my results--I can already see a difference, and it's definitely boosted my confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about body contouring.

The procedure was EXTREMELY painful to have endured for ZERO results. Down time was lengthier than what I was told. When I went for my 3 month post-op, I was seen by an assistant, they took photos and even the assistant noticed the lack of results-literally no difference in photos from before to after. At almost 1 yr. post-surgery I was still experiencing sharp pains, numbness & soreness. I am HIGHLY disappointed & very upset that I fell for the hype and paid so much [$17,500] to have NOTHING to show for it. Over 17K is nothing to sneeze at-at least for me it's not. The doctor [Bedford] is the professional & if they didn't believe me to be a good candidate then they should have given the proper advice i.e. " you're a great candidate for this, but not so much for that", but of course it seems money was more important & why am I not surprised. Shame on AIRSCULPT. I'm clearly not alone here judging from other reviews. What they've done is not ethical. When the office contacted me, they offered to "take a look" & perhaps correct something BUT I would be INSANE & NAIVE to go back under the knife with AIRSCULPT when they were the ones to mess up to begin with. I also have to add that at some point in between sedation & semi-consciousness, I was shown a picture of "fat" they said was extracted from me BUT hindsight, now I believe that was a lie and could possibly be a container they just whip out at the end of a procedure to get the "wow" factor. I am actively exploring all available avenues to determine whether legal action is warranted. I find it difficult to believe that I am the only individual experiencing these concerns. Unless AirSculpt is prepared to discuss an appropriate refund or meaningful resolution, there is no need to contact me further. I take this matter very seriously and do not view it as a trivial issue.

I came to her for a consultation, and she suggested I do a course of fotofacials followed by a mild chemical peel. I was irrationally scared about this (think, TV characters with bright red skin for comedic effect), but I am so glad I trusted her expertise because I am thrilled with the results. For the first time I can remember in years, my skin is completely blemish-free. My skin tone is even. My acne scars and fine lines have softened. My skin is tighter and glowing. By the account of that one family member who tells it like it is, I've shaved 5 or 10 years off my appearance (ha, she's right though). It is wonderful to be able to go out without a pound of makeup on my face. The change from just a few months before is drastic, and it's is remarkable to me that we could achieve these results without injectables, invasive procedures, etc. Thank you, Kelly! You are a beautiful person, inside and out! P.S. The facility is very private for those of you looking for discretion. During my visit, I casually mentioned that my under eye area was starting to look hollow, but that I was nervous about filler in such a sensitive area. Heather recommended Ultherapy, explaining it would help my body naturally produce collagen and in turn plump up the skin. I trusted she knew what she was doing and agreed to go for it. It was the worst decision I have made in my 34 years. The procedure was extremely painful and right before finishing, Heather said she was going to use a higher setting and treat under my eyes one more time. In that moment, she essentially carved into my face and destroyed the fat under my eyes. After I finished peeling, my under eyes looked awful. I developed severe discoloration, and I began waking up with under eye bags, something I had never had before ever in my all my life. I reached out to Heather, and she acknowledged the darkness, telling me to wait another week and that I would likely peel again. That never happened, and my under eyes did not improve. Realizing Heather did not know what she was talking about, I saw a dermatologist for a second opinion. He was shocked Ultherapy was used on me given my age, lack of wrinkles, and low facial fat. He told me Ultherapy should not be performed on patients with low facial fat, especially around the eyes. I brought this information back to Heather, and she arranged for me to meet with one of the female surgeons, I think name is Kimberly. Both Heather and the Kimberly repeatedly insisted Ultherapy was safe and could not have caused the damage I was experiencing. Because of the discoloration, Kimberly kindly offered me free of charge MOXI laser treatments and told me I could return as many times as needed until the problem was corrected, and that Maria would perform the treatments. I completed three MOXI treatments with Maria. The first two visits were fine, but by the third, she became dismissive and had the audacity to question whether I expected the treatment to be free. I said yes, because that was what I had been told and I still clearly had discoloration under my eyes. She went on to say I was taking up time on her schedule, benefiting from use of the machine, and because of that I should pay something and would check with Kimberly on how much it should be. Kimberly honored her word (suck it, Maria) and confirmed the treatment would remain complimentary, which I appreciated. At that point I was turned off completely and I asked whether it would be safe to use a higher setting so I wouldn't have to keep returning. Maria said yes. That was another mistake I made. After the third treatment, my under eyes looked even more sunken, the darkness spread further, and I developed fine lines and wrinkles in the areas she lasered. I was absolutely horrified and became severely depressed. After seeing three different dermatologists, I finally found one who correctly diagnosed the issue: the discoloration was not hyperpigmentation, but hemosiderin staining. I was told that using high setting, heat based lasers in such thin skin caused fat atrophy which exposed more of my vascular system, and on top of that traumatized the blood vessels, leading to the staining/discoloration. I have spent close to $4,000 on filler appointments and specialist visits to diagnose and treat the damage caused by Heather and Maria. What started as a $300 cosmetic appointment has resulted in not only loss of significant money but also loss of self-esteem, and permanent damage that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. TL;DR: The medspa staff at Panacea are ill-informed and uneducated on the lasers/machines that they use and have caused irreversible damage that has deeply scarred me mentally and physically. Please stay clear of getting procedures done at this practice's medspa.

Before and After perialar lip lift -…read more This surgery has been nothing short of life changing for me. Five years ago I was botched by a different doctor with a seemingly harmless injection and it left my upper lip way too long and wide for symmetry of my face. I looked like a different (much older) person. I consulted over 5 doctors, 2 of which said I was not a candidate for a regular lip lift. Which made sense bc when I tried to simulate the result of a normal lip lift, which just lifts the middle third of one's lip, I didn't see much change. I'd been searching the internet for 5 years trying to find someone that offered a lip lift that lifted the entire lip including the corners. One day I found Dr. Stong and I knew this was perfect for me and my lip woes would finally be laid to rest. I'm back to getting attention and walking out into the world confidently. It changed my whole face back to what it was before- even had the effect of plumping my lower lip and changing my face shape back to more of an oval rather than a square. Dr. Stong conducts himself with the highest professionalism. As far as the scar, I used biocornium serum daily, got 3 co2 treatments specifically on the scar, and got a steroid injection. The recovery was kind of rough but I would have done anything for this result. I've heard something like 70% of people are not good candidates for a normal lip lift, and of the 30% that are, the results aren't very apparent in about half of them. That means that a normal lip lift only helps about 15% of the population who seek them. The solution for this gap in the market is Dr. Stong's cutting-edge Perialar lip lift. With Dr. Stong's technique, you WILL get a drastic and impressive result. These after photo is with no lipstick on. Would recommend over and over again. Idk why more dr's don't use this as their gold standard. Thank you Dr. Stong!!

I want to begin by saying that I had a good consultation with Dr. Stong. I found him to be…read moreknowledgeable and talented at what he does. Based on his before-and-after photos and the results I saw, I had every confidence that he was capable of delivering a beautiful surgical outcome. Ultimately, after extensive research and multiple consultations with several surgeons, I chose another surgeon. This was not because I believed Dr. Stong was incapable or less skilled. In fact, I believe both surgeons are highly talented and would have likely provided excellent results. What changed my perspective was what happened after I made my decision. Following my consultation, I first received calls from his office staff. Then I began receiving text messages from Dr. Stong's personal cell phone questioning my choice and expressing surprise that I had selected another surgeon. The messages included comments suggesting I would be "getting half the results," that I was falling for marketing schemes, criticism of the other surgeon's training, and repeated insistence that he was the better choice. Unfortunately, the communication did not stop there. I received text messages after midnight, phone calls, and additional text messages that continued over the course of three days after I had already made my decision clear and was no longer responding. What began as an unexpected follow-up ultimately became persistent enough that I felt I had no choice but to block further communication and write this review. As a patient, I found this uncomfortable, disappointing, inappropriate, and ultimately very unsettling. Patients invest significant time, emotion, money, and trust when choosing a surgeon. We research, compare, ask questions, review outcomes, and make the best decision we can for ourselves. Once that decision has been made, it should be respected. A patient should never feel pressured to defend their choice, justify their decision, or continue discussing it after the matter has been settled. What stood out to me most was that the decision was no longer about surgical skill. It became about professionalism, communication, boundaries, and respect for patient autonomy. I understand that surgeons are passionate about their work and take pride in their results. However, there is a difference between confidence and repeatedly contacting a patient after they have made an informed decision to go elsewhere. My consultation experience itself was positive. The communication that followed was not. I sincerely wish Dr. Stong and his practice continued success, and I believe he has helped many patients achieve wonderful results. However, I also believe prospective patients deserve to know that how a physician handles a patient's decision can be just as important as the surgery itself. Technical skill gets someone on the list of surgeons you're willing to consider. Character, professionalism, communication, and how they handle patients often determine who you ultimately trust.
