We had no idea that our sink would need to sit/cure for a bit prior to having it reconnected - that would have been good info to know prior to hiring a plumber to reconnect the plumbing. Also, the original sink was broken when installers first came out. We were not upset about that, but when we asked about any compensation for the inconvenience of being without a sink for 2 days, we received an unprofessional response. So, overall we are pleased with the value but the service end from Blue Sky could use some improvement.

I have contacted the store in Dallas, and they say they are no longer franchisees and do not have to make the repairs. I have called several times to the locations in Georgia and no one will return my calls. I did speak one time with a young lady named Monica, she promised she would have someone call me, and I have yet to receive a returned call. I have left her multiple messages as well., Bottom line is this company does not stand behind it's product and installation,. Be very careful when ordering from Cabinet and Stone City.

Then the designer (Kim) was unprofessional with me on the phone when I called to discuss. I am doing a small kitchen in my basement. She informed me that there wasn't a way to fit all the stuff I wanted onto the wall. Theirs was going to be my 4th and final quote, so I told her that I was sure it would all fit. Then she got an attitude with me when I told her what size sink I was wanting to put in (I already own all this keep in mind). I told her I wanted to put a 20" sink in the space and she informed me that they don't even make a 20" sink. Umm... ok. I have one sitting in my garage right now. Major attitude with this lady + horrible communication = I'll def be going elsewhere. I had an amazingly pleasant experience with Frugal Kitchens, Lowes and even Home Depot (who typically aren't known for their customer service). Skip Cabinet and Stone City and go elsewhere... Find a place that treats their potential customers with kindness and respect.

During installation we discovered that a piece had been cut with the grain the wrong way (long story) which was different from how it had been planned. Immediately the saleswoman realized what had happened and everyone bent over backwards to make it right. We ended up with a higher quality quartz and it was installed in time for Christmas. We will send everyone we know to them because of our experience.

I reviewed with Andrew my "drawing" that I had done and we sat down with each area and talked through what could work and what might be a challenge. Andrew is very creative and also so easy to work with. And he was VERY patient with me, working with me when I had to be out of town, and I totally trusted him to do the right thing with the smaller items, but for the larger items, he was willing to rearrange his schedule with other projects to allow for me to be here when he handled the them. (I know that wasn't easy on him!) He does almost all the work himself, and is very precise, with great attention to detail, very trustworthy and highly professional. I have referred him to a number of our neighbors - and always happy to give him a good recommendation to anyone who is interested in hearing more! He is extremely reliable, works quickly but he pays attention to detail and doesn't cut corners. You can tell by the quality of work he does he cares about the job and the people he is working for. We will definitely hire him again, I highly recommend. I didn't think to take pictures when I visited the house but hopefully I can add them later. On a personal note we haven't had great experience in the past with this sort of work. People never seem to care about the work they do and cut corners whenever they can. Andrew didn't do this, he cares about the work he does and is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!!
