Exactly 1 week, and 3 days (5/3) after my purchase, the vehicle began experiencing serious transmission problems -- violent jerking on acceleration, grinding sounds, and failure to roll normally when shifted into Drive. When I took it to Braman Hyundai (5/4), I was told the transmission needs to be fully replaced at a cost of $8,500. They mentioned to me that it seems like the transmission was already worked on and they did a very poor job. I checked the carfax report and the one previous owner only serviced the vehicle at hyundai dealerships (nothing serious only service oil changes, and tire rotations) up until it got sold to Florida Fine Cars where they did they're own service to the vehicle. Still not labeled as anything transmission related. They seem to have known about this issue and still sold the car regardless, just not report it to the carfax report. I've seen Florida Fine Cars reply to other 1 star reviews stating they disclose all the information with the customer, and provide honest carfax reports. However, none of this issue was disclosed to me at the time of sale, and it does not appear anywhere on the Carfax report Florida Fine Cars provided me that the transmission was worked on. The only thing they stated was a small accident to the front and side bumper, all cosmetic. I would not have taken the car if the transmission was bad. To make matters worse, I texted the sales representative, Josue (apparently the "new guy") to inform him of the issue with the car HE sold me and he stated to me "bro i don't even work there anymore" Another weird red flag to add to everything. Ive called multiple times, and cant get through to anyone, they say they'll call back but don't. Its almost as if they see my number pop up and purposely not answer because i called from a different phone number and they didn't hesitate to answer, I was able to speak to Mark who was the service manager he said. Saying he'll "look into it" If you are considering purchasing a used car from them, I strongly urge you to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Do not rely solely on the Carfax they provide you even though they swear by their honest reports.

She was clear in answering our questions made a reasonable offer and after a couple of days consideration we went ahead and the purchasing process was smooth and without pressure. The handover and training on the car was very clear. You really could not ask more of the transaction the people and the offices. If you want a new or lightly used Audi this is a good place to go. So much so I have asked my son who lives out of State to consider trading his car here as it appears it can be done reasonably easily and with snow birds there are 3 year old cars commonly available with less than 6000 miles on the clock.

I was lied to on the get go that my tires were discontinued. I ordered them myself online only to have the "service" rep tell me no outside parts were allowed. I originally brought it in for one flat tire and oil change and to fix damaged rims... over 3 week went by. I was threatened to have to pay for the sub par Hyundai rental after 5 days ... luckily the mangers-ish listened to me and stepped in so that didn't happen. Regardless it was a nightmare. I could go on & on. Little to no communication or status updates ... I had to keep calling and checking in. So frustrating. I moved from STL & this is my 3rd Audi ... I'm not sure I can deal with getting another one if I am at this particular locations mercy. God speed.

I spoke with the nice sales representative on the phone and she told me I'm all set for a test drive and had no idea why there were no photos. I make the drive to check out the car and... I realized why there's no photos. The hood is full of missing and faded paint. The employee on the lot, Raymond, was by far the best interaction of the entire situation. Why? Because with ten seconds of me seeing the car and telling him I had an appointment, he simply asked: "Did they tell you it has transmission issues?" No, they didn't mention any transmission issues or missing paint. For the eye-watering price of $5,500, which is well above the average cost of identical and better CRVs, I was insulted beyond belief. I left within thirty seconds of entering the lot, annoyed but willing to accept that there must've been a catch. But that's not all. On 5/28, I received two calls: one from Elliott (the photo attached), where I was told that the car had sold in less than three total hours of me viewing it (I arrived on the lot 5/27 @ 4:30 PM, he called me 10:39 AM on 5/28, they open/close at 10AM/6PM). Given that I drive past the lot on my commute, I was clearly able to see the car in the same location as before! Then, I received a call from the same woman that I had spoken to on 5/27, saying that I missed my appointment and that I should reschedule. I kindly informed her that I didn't, and how I wasn't informed of neither the paint or transmission issues, and that I am no longer interested nor wanting them to contact me further. Utterly disgusting, I knew it was too good to be true.

Sold me a car with frame damage they only mentioned 2 owners and 2 accidents , it acually had 5 owners and 4 accidents and one of them caused frame damage . Horrible company never buy from here.
