I have written a total of 3 reviews in my 21 years on this earth and this is one of them. I have no words. Jeff was absolutely amazing to me. He provided the exact service I needed in very competitive timing. While other places quoted me $300+ and 3ish hours for getting a Pre-Purchase Inspection. He did it in 45 minutes, $250, ran the diagnostic perfectly, found everything that needed to be fixed. The dealership rep tried to steer Jeff away from the problems and made excuses for everything but Jeff didn't buy it and told it to me exactly how it is. He didn't beat around the bush, and told me everything. I would 100% recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone in the area. He is a 100% honest man who cares about his clients, and he gets the job done perfectly and professionally. 100/10 service.

Some offered slightly cheaper pricing for my older vehicle, but the reviews here stood out to me. When I called regarding my 1999 Infiniti G20, Vic answered the phone, provided me with a quote, and was respectful, patient, and professional throughout the conversation. The reviews about him were accurate. Vic is chill, professional, and easy to talk to. After both my most visits for service, he will definitely be my go-to person moving forward. Why My Most Recent Visit Stood Out On May 16th around 12:20 PM, I attempted to pay my vehicle registration at AAA in Alhambra and realized I needed a smog test first. I called Vic around 12:30 PM, fully expecting to schedule something later in the week since he closes at 1 PM. He asked where I was, and since I was about 2 miles away, we both agreed it would probably take 15-20 minutes to get there, leaving only around 10-15 minutes before closing. Despite that, he respectfully told me to come down because he could still get it done. When I arrived, both Vic and his colleague assisted me and another customer at the same time while still keeping everything organized and professional. He completed the smog test quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was fair. Honestly, he saved me from having to take another day to handle the smog test which would take time and gas, and that level of customer service really stood out. Shop & Waiting Area Compared to many smog stations, the overall property is shared with several neighboring shops. However, Vic's specific area had enough clearance and space for vehicles to park, wait, and get tested comfortably without worrying about maneuvering through tight spots or risking scratches on other vehicles. The lounge area itself is small, but it's indoors and cool, which is especially appreciated with summer approaching. I also liked that the pricing was clearly posted and broken down by vehicle year/type, making everything straightforward and transparent. Extra Touches One thing that genuinely surprised me was that he polishes customers' headlights after the service. Whether or not it completely restores them, it's still a thoughtful and unique extra touch that most places do not offer. Final Thoughts Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and professional smog check service. Vic and his team made both experiences stress-free, and great customer service like that is hard to find nowadays.

Visited today 3/17/2026, after speaking with Matt the day before. I brought in brand new 21 inch Tesla rear wheels and Michelin PS4 tires for installation on my car. I drove over an hour from Chatsworth, California to this location so that they could use the Hunter Revolution machine, specifically to avoid damaging my wheels. Nevertheless, Matt, if it's his real name, severely damaged my new wheel near the wheel center cap area with the machine that was made to avoid this. How incompetent!!! He lied to my face and gave dull, illogical, dummy excuses about what happened. Bottom line: He damaged the wheel and would not acknowledge and take accountability for his actions. I had to call the police to make a record of this issue because I will be suing. The damage was caused because he did not apply the machine's plastic adapter when he clamped onto the face of the wheel; he clamped to the face of the wheel with metal to metal contact and severely damaged the paint. Most places would not have. Customer first, which is nice. They have a comfortable waiting room with tv and magazines (yay, paper!). They seemed pretty busy during my wait, but they did get my alignment done in about 2hrs. Next time, I think I come back for my car instead of wait for it. They showed me the alignment spec sheet and my car finally tracks straight now! Just in time for Thanksgiving road trip! Price was competitive and service was great.
