Ran over a screw that punctured my tire and I had to get that patched and repaired. Called Willie's Tire which was close by and he was able to get that fixed within about 90 minutes (he had other cars to be serviced). Dropped off my tire and he fixed it and remounted to my vehicle when it was repaired. He even checked the tire pressure on my other tires and the donut temp tire. Low cost, fast and efficient. Huge regret coming to Willie's Tires & Alignment. While the owner was pleasant when I called, his attitude completely shifted once I was in the shop. Despite being the only customer there, he was incredibly impatient when I asked for just 30 seconds to review my receipt before paying. I paid in cash and placed the $10 bills on the desk to count them accurately, which seemed to offend him. He actually told me 'nobody counts money that way' and lectured me about how he runs a 'professional' business and there was no need for me to review the receipt. In my experience with car repairs, verifying that all work and info are correctly documented is essential, so being pressured to skip that step was a huge red flag. He talked a lot about professionalism, but his behavior was anything but. Being friendly costs nothing and is the best way to gain a return customer, but Willie's failed completely on that front. I wanted to support this local business, but there is zero reason to return here. If you value being treated with basic respect, go somewhere else. I've been here twice and Willie does a great job on servicing two vehicles I brought here. He's pretty responsive and hard working. Seems like he's the only worker. Only gripe about this place is the rates are a bit too high. For example, he quoted me $35 for tire plug or $48 for a tire patch. For comparison, $48 is like 30% the price of a new tire for a compact economy car. Another experience I had was when I called one time a while back for my size tire and he didn't have it in stock. I asked him about labor prices to change all 4 brake pads/rotors and he quoted $300. I found another place that quoted me $190. Overall: I recommend going to Willie if you're in a pinch to get a tire repaired. However, if you have time, I would shop around locally for better pricing. If you have a Tesla don't come here. This guy either hates Teslas or charges nearly double just because you have a Tesla. I came for a simple tire rotation and asked for the price which was 30. When he saw that I had a Tesla he changed it to 50. I thought he was joking and when I saw that he was serious I said no thanks. It's a tire rotation, you jack up the car and do a simple swap. It does pain me to write this review. I very rarely give one star reviews. Starting off, the gentleman Willie did my alignment, finished it, and took it on a "test drive"( he took it one block, and came back). I paid for the $99.99 alignment and drove off. As I was driving down Monterey Pass Road, I noticed my steering wheel was tilted to the right. I drove back, and let Willie know of the issue. I felt Willie's attitude changed and he was irritated that I brought the car back. He drove the car up the ramp and motioned me to come over. He positioned the steering wheel and asked if that was how I wanted it. I tried to get into position to see and feel if it was how I liked it, and he got irritated and told me gruffly to "not touch, just look at the steering wheel". It looked straight enough and he spent another 3 minutes to readjust the alignment. He backed it out and didn't even take it for a test drive, and told me that if it was still crooked that there was nothing he could do. I wanted to explain more to him, but he waved me off and trudged back into his office. Lo and behold, steering wheel is still tilted to the right, exact same as before. I should have listened to the one stars...wanted to give Willie the benefit of doubt. Car was driving fine(steering wheel straight) before alignment. I only got the alignment as a preventative maintenance item after replacing rear tires somewhere else. read more

I was shocked to see someone of his age being dishonest in front of his regular customers and portraying himself as the victim. Such a shame!!!!! I noticed my car's steering pulling to the left, so I called and let him know about the issue, and he told me over the phone that if its something with the suspension, then there's nothing he can do (appreciate that he let me know up front!) but to come by and get it looked at first. I stopped by shortly after the phone call and he put my car on the lift to inspect. He found what was the issue and showed me, and gave me some options. Coincidentally he had the part on hand and fixed it for a little extra $ + re-aligned my car. The price was more than reasonable, service was great, he had an awesome attitude as well. This was my first time, and i needed someone that could take and align lower vehicles since my Subaru was very low to the ground, i was worried because after calling several places and being turned down he was my last resort and sure enough he was the best one, he really took great care of me, gave me advice and everything, told me what to do and how to do it, he even knew what settings to have my Subaru looking beautiful, i really appreciated him and all his hard work. Tldr: Guy is rude, wastes your time. I'm sure Willie is okay at his job, but if you want quality customer service (or anything above the bare minimum), go to Grand Prix down the street. Those guys are great!! If your car is roughly 1-2 inches below stock height, Willie will tell you to get lost. I had an 8am appointment, showed up at 7:50 because he was very adament that I be on time, and the guy wouldn't even try to get my car up the ramp because the car would "get stuck". (I have steeper ramps at home & this is slightly-dropped BMW M3, not a low rider lol). I offered to remove my front splitter (which only takes 5 mins), to which he said "im too busy". I offered to drive the car up the ramp myself, and he said "You will NOT drive on my property". If you're so busy, why did you make me an appointment?? I went to Grand Prix down the street without an appointment (also super busy, but they fit me in). They also said my car is a bit low, but allowed me to go home & take it off. After inspecting my car, I was told it didn't need an alignment, just tire rotation! Would not come here. Owner is rude and have no customer service. He needs to learn how to talk to people. Seem like he always like that. Was going to get an alignment with him, but the way he walked up to my car and tone of voice was not appreciated. He needs to probably either change his way of tone or take some customer service class... will not recommend his place even if he is cheaper than other places.
