We got a forced Breezeline "upgrade" and it has been nothing but a nightmare! Literally hours on the phone with customer support, slower internet speed, less television channels, two tech visits, no phone service for 10 days, and now phones are down again! After another couple of hours on the phone and talking to an Executive Support Manger who could not do anything but talk in circles, we canceled Breezeline after being with Atlantic Broadband/Breezeline for over 25 years! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This monopoly takes advantage of its customers and gives mediocre service at best.

Terrible service. We called about a month ago because one tv said ever channel was "out of our viewing area" and we couldn't watch anything on that tv. We spent over an hour on hold due to "higher than normal calls." We were told that we would need to upgrade all of our cable boxes to streaming boxes because they phased out the cable boxes, that they had JUST replaced less than a month prior. When they came to install the new boxes, after trying to just send us the equipment and directions and letting us do their jobs for them, they were over an hour past the two hour window they had asked for to arrive. They installed the new equipment but the steaming service was down in our area (yes, what they were installing was already down). They did not install our remotes properly because the service was down so we had to call and have them come back again a few days later. We tried to fix the issue ourselves for over an hour, spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service, including over half an hour on hold due to "higher than normal calls", and still had to wait another day for another service technician and again they were over an hour late to the two hour window. Got that issue fixed and less than a week later had to call again because the streaming box wouldn't even turn on. Again, on hold, on with technician, need to send someone. Now we can't watch tv AND the costumer service technician restarted our modem and our internet went out altogether. Very expensive, frustrating, and most of the time the service doesn't even work. read more

They took over Atlantic Broadband a couple months ago. So far they have jacked the price up on me not once but twice. I was able to get the bill most of the way back down after a phone call. Since then I've called twice. They tell you your wait time is 37-57 minutes, or 7 to 27 minutes, but they are actually closed. Sat on hold for 10+ minutes each time before figuring it out. If you're closed, get rid of the message telling people their wait time and just say you're closed! read more

Breezeline is the most abusive, dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure of being scammed by. They jacked my rates and provide nothing but more outages and more horrible customer service. I have wasted 20 hours with them over the last three weeks and finally on principle and wanting to minimize exposure and what I pay them, canceled my TV package. I'd cancel internet if I had another option. And I had to wait on hold for over an hour to do that! We all need to send written complaints to our state AG and the FCC. This is monopolistic abuse at its finest...they don't give a damn about their customers, only expansion and profit. So, the way to get through to them, because they don't listen otherwise, is to hurt their profit by canceling service. Money talks when nothing else does. read more

They have visited my house 4 times to work on my internet service that has been cutting on and off well it still cuts on and off and they have the nerve to send me a bill Do Not Sign up with this company they have the worst service ever just stick with Verizon and save yourself the headache read more

I was trying to get a refund from this company for over a month. They charged my card and the card of the other person on the property and resend to refund my money. Atlantic broadband will try to take money that they are not owed and when you call them on it they make it such a pain to get refunded they hope you give up. I started calling on September 25 and still have not received my measly $108.0" back. I spoke to supervisors (Mellissa) multiple reps and still to no avail. Then they told me they gave the money back to the other person accidentally and asked if I could go ask my ask for the money this company is insanely incompetent!!!!! read more

this is the worst cable company ever.from the inside out and the outside in. I used to work with them and I struggle with lying to customers on their behalf about equipment and policies that just didn't work either way. Their equipment was no good in that it damaged customers TVs and other internet support devices and they always told us to tell the customers that their equipment was bad not the company. A lot of times their tech support couldn't figure out some issues and I had to just find a way to get out of the customers house. If your tv went bad with their equipment it's not your tv it's their equipment. I promise you. Also management had issues too where as they would blame the techs for something that the company couldn't figure out and lots of techs left for that reason. They would bribe their way to get into a community and then do some shady hookups and then all of a sudden the HOA can't get in touch with the team leader or project managers. They would hire contractors to do mass installs for hen just find ways to cheat them out of their hard earned money. Sometimes aft a hard work week they would just say they weren't pleased with some jobs and some of the Techs would go home with little to no money ,but their installs were great. Even the contractor companies would com that they were being scammed by breezeline or Atlantic Broadband as they were called first.Ive seen many customers cry for the way they do business even men. I wish I had more time to tell more about this crap company. if you have Comcast/xfinity , att,Verizon or any other cable provider keep them just don't get breezeline you'll regret it. And don't get a job with them either cause they don't pay well and you're ethics and morals will be forced to be compromised. read more
