Looks like $675.00 per hour labor rate to me. First sent over someone who could not fix the problem and then had us wait two more days the send another tech. I knew I was being taken, but just spent more than 3 days without hot water. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and schedule maintenance services every year. Never been happy with their pricing, but this is the final straw. Will never use them again. He showed up, changed the time for regeneration, upped the GPG for the salt which doesn't do anything but add more salt for softening and added air to the bladder. Andy was later hired to perform two additional jobs. (Water Heater Install & Bathroom fixture install). His quotes were less than competitors and the jobs were done without issue. Water was pouring into the garage from a hole in the garage ceiling as a result of a broken water pipe. Being a Saturday, I left messages for several people and finally got a phone call from a friend who came over to turn off the water and then from Wayne Shannon, President of Shannon Builders, Inc. By that time, a hole had formed in the wall between the garage and the dining room. As a result, water was also pouring onto my dining room table and floor. I cannot say enough good things about Wayne Shannon! He immediately arranged for a Plumbing Specialist to come to my house that evening and replace the broken water pipe which was connected to the outside faucets. The Plumbing Specialist also took pictures (at Wayne's request) of all the areas affected which included the living room floor. Wayne also scheduled men to arrive at 10:00 am the next morning to remove the damaged carpet in the living room and dining room, and the damaged dry wall in the garage on walls & ceiling, plus dry wall in the attic. They then left machines for three days to dry out the rooms. Wayne came over that day and several other days to make sure everything was being done correctly and on schedule. Because I have solar panels, there is a solar box in my garage. Wayne spoke with Solar City in regard to removing the solar box while working on the wall in the garage and to have it replaced. It was replaced on 3/20/19. Wayne also checked measurements for carpet and dry wall and brought me color samples for both. He also arranged for a Pod to store furniture in while the painting and carpet installation work was being done. Wayne Shannon made sure that everything was done correctly and on schedule. I am very happy with the work that was done to correct the damage to my home. In addition, Wayne worked very hard to keep the cost under what my Home Insurance would pay. He deserves a five star rating ***** and I would highly recommend him for any work,
