Wanted to update my review/ Breezeline has gone through some growing pains and it was not fun. We discontinued service and tried out Spectrum. I had spectrum for 3 months and it was down 60% of the time in a major metropolitan area. Seven service calls later with their equipment, I canceled service with Spectrum. Who wants to be constantly on the phone or waiting for technicians and having to go up the food chain for price adjustments because the internet was always down, usually when I wanted to watch something. Affordable internet options were scarce in my area. T mobile had a waiting list. AT&T was nickel and diming you. I thought I was going to be forced to use my phone data. By chance Breezeline was advertising an internet deal at a third of the price of Spectrum. I called them and reestablished service which has been flawless for the last 6 months. Seems that a year ago Breezeline took over too many companies and it was a mess. But now they have a new president who is focusing on seeing things from the customer's point of view. I was asked to be part of a focus group and I let them have it. All my past frustrations which seem to be no longer a problem except my latest one...an inability to change a typo on my name simply by logging onto my account. Even calling customer service six months ago they were unable to do it without me jumping through a ton of hoops. One person asked me pointed questions for 50 minutes and I felt heard as I told them that ideally, customer service should be US based during normal business hours. It is hard to understand someone with a heavy accent and I feel bad when I am constantly telling them I dont understand. So there is a vast improvement with Breezeline and they are working to make it better. Their employees are friendly and on time and they follow up. I like that the new President is focusing on me and my experiences. Now when they allow me to create my own user name, and easily change the information in my account I will give them 5 stars. read more

The WORST internet ever. Calling their customer line is pointless, literally hours on hold without resolution! An automated message that says random wait times, 50 mins, 1 min, 20 mins. Avoid Breezline at all costs -- especially if you own a business. This has been, without exaggeration, the WORST internet service experience of my life. They charged me nearly double compared to other providers, and after installation, the internet barely works. The speed is practically nonexistent, constant interruptions, and it's seriously affecting my business operations. Even worse, their service has caused issues with my electronic equipment. When I contacted customer support to fix THEIR problem, they had the audacity to ask me for an additional $85 just to send someone out. Completely unacceptable. Now that I want to cancel this nightmare of a service, they're demanding $2,500 to terminate the contract. This feels like a trap, not a service agreement. I recently moved to Miami Beach 33139. I use Breezeline for Internet and Wifi. yesterda February 10th 2026 can't home at 3 to no service! Outage.. which that happens. I woke up this morning and the app took off outage.. but I couldn't get my service to work.. so I tried calling the service dept from 7:15a.m! Finally at 9 I got someone that transferred me.. eventually hung up on me.. restart.. finally by 10:30 I was told we still didn't have service... FRUSTRATING!! Horrible customer service. I called to turn off my TV service. Regular customer service could not help me with that request- they referred me to another dedicated number for that. Called a couple of times- they have an option to reward call back - requested- no one ever called back. Breezeline is the worst internet service ever. If you want to be robbed, have poor service and horrible customer service sign-in with Breezeline. After I cancelled my account they did not refund my money because they insisted that I did not returned all the devices. Which I did. They probably, when they came to install the service at my house, in their paper work they added a device that they never gave me. Just simply the worst service I ever experienced. Typical internet-provider monopoly in my neighborhood. Slow speeds and frequent outages while I pay an astonishingly high amount of money each month for what is supposed to be standard WiFi. What's more, the Breezeline website is a mess. My online payment profile randomly gets deactivated, which has led to late fees on a handful of occasions. The timing of these profile deactivations leads me to suspect it's maybe intentional on their part. If it's unintentional, it is comical that an *internet company* has such a dysfunctional website that can't offer the same quality-service/consistency that is standard among 99% of companies that do business online. South Florida Breezeline is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and if you go to their profile on the BBB website, the customer rating is a near-unanimous one-star with well over a thousand complaints registered. I 100% recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I would myself, but no other provider offers WiFi in my area. Paying my monthly internet bill feels like being extorted by a crime syndicate. I'd give Breezeline a zero-star rating here if I could. And if we lived in a functioning society, they would be harshly regulated or shutdown by a government agency. I have breeze line mobile for my phone and I've never had crappier service in my life. I don't know if they need more towers or more bandwidth or whatever, but my phone is constantly going out. I do not recommend their service at all until they catch up to speed with their towers. Just awful. I will say that the price is really good if you bundle it with your internet, but you have to be willing to not be able to use your phone like 40% of the time. Just really bad. Having said that, I haven't had many troubles with Wi-Fi. They just need to get their act together with mobile. Like don't offer it until you can provide actual coverage. Irresponsible. read more

Absolute worst TV and Internet service I ever had in my life. Rates keep going up and up and service keeps going down and down. I typically get "No Video Service Available" on many TV channels late in the evening. Last week there was no TV or Internet service from Feb 19 thru late Feb 20. Technical support explained that they were in the process of "moving some wires from one location to another" which caused the outage. While I had the Technical Assistant on the phone, I asked her why the Installation Tech initially (2 years ago) would only give me 2 ancient, rusted, bent, dented, food stained cable boxes with a Cisco manufactured date code of June 2013. She said that's all they have. Calling the Customer Service / Billing line keeps you on hold for 20-30 minutes yet the robot tells you that your call will be answered in 53 seconds.....every 5 minutes. The call center is overseas....which the agent confirmed.... and there are many animals making noise in the background, dogs barking in the background, and kids yelling and crying in the background. Overseas agent was very "over the top" animated and condescending. Agent could not explain what the "Network Recovery Fee" is which is an obscure $18 charge with no reason or explanation of what it is. Agent said my current $68/month bill would be increasing anywhere from $168 to $268 more a month to cover the costs of Breezeline doing business which she read from a script. She said this was "Excellent, Excellent" (????) I asked her why all the animals, birds, dogs barking and making noise in the background, and kids crying and yelling in her office....she said she was in her kitchen. read more

This review is for their customer service. Our building comes with cable included and it used to be Atlantic. Trying to get a rep on the phone would literally take hours. I think I even screenshot my wait time and wrote a review. The two times that I've needed to call Breezeline I've gotten a rep immediately and they were all happy to handle my call. Can't say anything negative yet. But that's a huge plus in my book. read more

The picture on both TV went dark on and off. I called Breezeline the first rep was probably working from home because I could hear her children in the background. I had to call back and this rep did some kind of testing remotely and determined I had old boxes and they needed to be updated and that a technician had to come and replace the boxes. I told her I work from 9 am to 7 pm and I get home at 8 pm. I stated that I can arrange to get off early on a Wednesday so the tech can come between 4:30-6:30. the rep confirmed Wednesday. The tech comes Tuesday while I am at work I had to call Breezeline 3 times each time an1 hour on the phone to correct their error so I was rescheduled for Sat 4:30 to 6:30. On Friday I received confirmation for Saturday appointment. On Saturday I received 3 confirmation calls to confirm my Saturday appointment. I get home at 3:45 pm and the last call 4:28 confirming the appointment. No one came or called. At 6:15 pm I called and was told my appointment was rescheduled no one call to tell me. I spent 2 hours with 3 reps trying to understand why my appointment was rescheduled no answer. Then I was told they knocked on my door, when I stated I have been here at home and no one knocked on my door. Then the rep said the tech called I told the rep NO ONE CALLED NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR., c asked for a manager another 30 minutes waiting on the phone. When the rep came back she stated she could schedule me on Tuesday again again again I told her I work Tuesday through Saturday 9 to 7 pm i can not lose any more unpaid time from work .. It has to be on a Monday, she then stated she would call me back. I eventually had to call again and when I got another rep he stated I was scheduled for Tuesday.. again again I had to go over with him my schedule to final get scheduled for a Monday a week away so that is 2 weeks with tv problems..terrible customer service, terrible service request, terrible quality of service you have to talk to someone in another country who I had a hard time understanding. I have no internet since Thursday 8/14/24 and the next appointment is Tuesday. There was an outage (one of many) in the area so more than a few of us are affected. The agent told me the technicians don't work on the weekends. Everybody has families and I can understand that but in an emergency and in the name of good customer service I believe that at least Breezeline should make exceptions in situations like this and send their techs to fix the problem (at least on Saturday). This situation is very disappointing, but it is what it is so we will have no Internet and will have to wait until they come on Tuesday next week. read more

We had a contract for internet & cable. Breezeline wanted to change our cable so instead of telling us this, they turned off our internet & contacted us to say they needed to come out. We were not available to meet for a week, so no internet, including our gates. A tech came out and we found out what they really wanted was to just change ("upgrade") the cable we had originally contracted with them for. We advised them just to get put our internet service back. The tech disconnected our cable because we said we were not ready to upgrade, we needed to research our options and vendors. When we advised him that was not an option & to put it back, (as we have a contract and have made payments for the service) -he just left. DO NOT USE BREEZELINE! read more

When I moved to the Miami Beach area in 2017, I started my service with Breezeline. After the promotional period ended, I was paying a hefty amount for internet for years. After moving to a new apartment and having some issues and miscommunications with breezeline tech and installation support, everything was resolved and from 2021 until 2024, I would happily give breezeline 5 starts. However, I suspect breezeline Miami got some new management and things have gone downhill a bit. Before, I could simply click on a link in the email payment reminder, go to a website where my phone already had my username and password saved, and quickly pay my bill. Now, breezeline has made it somewhat of a hassle to pay bills, by separating that site into business and residential payments. I can no longer login with my previous info, so I just call instead. But that is a bit of an annoying process. I've also experienced multiple outages sometimes lasting hours. I don't know if that's a result of the infuriatingly perpetual construction that plagues miami beach, but it's intrusive nonetheless. I'm hoping breezeline improves by getting rid of this new management and goes back to the solid reliable and efficient company of just a couple years ago. read more
