I am hard to impress, and the mother of two teenage sons who hadn't seen a dentist in a year. My first surprise was how hard they worked to fit us all into their appointment schedule, and the second was how sensitive to my nervousness, and the boys embarrassment they were. I felt Dr Heyder really listened to my difficulties, and went on to show and teach me about my own teeth. He showed my my gums on a computer screen and patiently explained how I had been sabotaging my own health without ever blaming me. I sort of saw it for myself and got the message big-time about getting my habits in line, My sons said later that he was great with them, and they are tough guys - and think they are adults. I liked the quiet efficiency of the office, and the care each person took to make sure I understood the rehab on my gums, and at the end, the payment process. Really warm and genuine. I am sick of doctors who treat patients as "cases," and it was very refreshing to see how attentive they each were. I am happy to recommend them without reservation, and have let go of my anxiety about going to the dentist. And oh, did I say they were punctual? A big wow. read more

I find it interesting that every time Atlantic Dentistry receives a negative review, employees immediately post bogus comments that can be easily recognized as ingenuine. When a review starts with 'I just love' or 'Love Them' or 'The best I've ever met' be suspicious. This is a Dental Practice not a Dating Site! Intelligent people will recognize the sincere posts and hopefully heed the advice given. I am a Licensed Healthcare Professional and can assure you that you should seriously consider another Dental Practice and do not enter this incompetent, inexperienced and apathetic business. I've been to a lot of dentists in my life and the doctors and staff at Dr. Heyder's office were the best Ive ever met. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I was scared to death to go to the dentist after a bad experience at my last dentist. A friend told me her family loved Atlantic Dentistry so I gave them a call. Everybody was very courteous and gentle and the doctors know their istuff. Everytime I go I can tell that the staff enjoys their job. Highly recommend!! read more

Everyone is so accommodating and and kind. Very professional . The assistants are caring and attentive. At first I was embarrassed that my teeth were such a mess and thought I would be judged.
