So happy I was able to get my prescription filled here. I was having many issues with trying to get my prescription filled at CVS and the employees went above and beyond and even called my insurance to make sure I was able to get my prescription. There was a new staff who assisted me when I went to pick up and she seemed a little confused and forgot to give me all of my prescriptions. But I'm understanding of new employees. Just hope they continue to train this employee and teach her everything since I asked when I got there about my prescriptions but she insisted it was all there. All in all it got figured out. This is a little pharmacy in a shopping center near a coffee shop. They are very good. Very helpful. And they deliver. Sometimes the delivery driver isn't always reliable, but the pharmacy is reliable. Hell not many pharmacy's deliver now day's especially with covid. The pharmacist is very kind and very helpful. This is the most pathetic excuse for a pharmacy that I've ever had to deal with. They are utterly incompetent. I've been waiting for them to deliver my meds for FIVE DAYS!!! That means that I haven't slept since Friday (this is Wednesday) and they STILL haven't delivered my meds. This is ridiculous!!! I have never been introduced to a pharmacy that I fell in love with instantaneously. These pharmacist Are the quickest, most efficient and hard-working employees I've ever met. This is just not a job to them or it may be their career but it shows that it truly is their PASSION I've never had to wait longer than five minutes FOR MY MEDICATION this store is extremely organized. So i haven't actually been inside, but about two months ago my doctor told me i could call them and they would deliver my medicine to me. I called over the phone and spoke with a woman who was very friendly. I thought i would still have to come in to show my insurance card because i was a first time client but she found me over the phone which was a relief. They usually deliver between 4pm-6pm and the deliver guy I have encountered has always been nice. If they can't reach you or find your place they will call you to find you or let you know that they stopped by. Over all i have no complaints read more

I do not usually write Yelp reviews, but I feel this is one I had to write! For several years my wife and I frequented the bigger named drug stores to fill our family's prescriptions. As you know, with the big drug stores, come the long lines, the long wait, and the possibility of waiting days for a prescription to be filled. A friend of ours, Kim Boss, recommended that we give Atlantic Drugs a try--and I am so thrilled we took her advice! Everything our friend mentioned to us about the owner, Amit Thakkar (and staff) was true. Not only is Amit very knowledgeable about his craft, but his customer service is SECOND TO NONE! He is so reliable and so on top of things, my wife and I never have to worry if our prescriptions will be ready. Amit is also well-connected with the local physicians in the area and came highly recommended to me by my PCP and a specialist that I am seeing, but I was already using Atlantic Drugs services long before their referrals, thanks to Kim. By the way, if you hate having to contact your PCP or specialist for refill authorizations, Atlantic Drugs is very proactive in contacting your physicians on authorizations so that you don't have to. Amit is very patient, kind, and has an easiness to him that makes your visits to Atlantic Drugs very comfortable as if you're dealing with a friend. But, at the same time, a friend who is very proactive in finding you the lowest cost for your medications--as a matter of fact, on one of my first visits, he searched the web to find a coupon for me that saved me additional money that I wasn't expecting. The only drugstore I've been to where you don't have to fight to have the medicine ready for you when it's due. Very friendly staff and almost never a wait. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone within a 10-15 mile radius, particularly those who have had troubles with major competitors (CVS, Walgreens, etc.) having their medicine ready on-time. I was a longtime customer at Abrams and Clark, with its closing I took my prescriptions to a large chain store. I truly missed the small town feel of A and C and it's great customer service. Last week while driving up atlantic I noticed a new pharmacy..I walked in and asked if they could synchronize my prescriptions so that I could pick up on same day each time..The technician said that would be no problem and today I received a call from the pharmacist. Our family had been going to Columbia for years and got spoiled!. Then we were transferred to a big chain (Walgreens) when they closed. After a while we were so unhappy that we went to Abrams and Clark.... and got much better service from very kind people. Then they closed and sent us to another big chain... CVS. The pharmacist there was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional...plus outrageous wait times to be treated so poorly. Walgreens had been much better, but we tried out Atlantic Drugs. Very friendly, efficient service. I left one of the big chain pharmacies to get my prescriptions taken care of here. Part of the time, at the chain pharmacy, I was told my insurance was no longer effective. I could call my insurance standing at the pharmacy counter, and be told my insurance is fine, by my insurance, and the pharmacist would tell me it wasn't. I finally took my prescription to Atlantic Drugs. I was in and out in no time with medications in hand. No long wait times. The chain pharmacy always had the pharmacist leave for lunch. If I was unlucky enough to arrive when it was lunch break time, I had to loose valuable time waiting for lunch break to be over. I know, when I walk into Atlantic drugs, I will be taken care of right away. If you are looking for good, friendly, fast service, this is the pharmacy you should go to. I don't live in the immediate neighborhood however, I drive there, get in and out, and drive home faster than if I went to the chain pharmacy. read more
