On the next day she was admitted into hospital. All the staff we met when she stayed there were responsible, kind, and patient. Especially Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa, who was in charge of my mother in ER, was very experienced and rich in medical knowledge. He diagnosed accurately and gave the best treatment quickly. He was also very patient when explaining the situation to my mother and persuaded her to accept the next step treatment ASAP, which allowed her symptoms to be relieved the next day without need of surgery. In a word Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa is not only excellent in his medical practice, but also sincerely concerned for his patient's well being, and care for their emotion need as well. Thanks Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa and Good Samaritan Hospital, who gave my mother a wonderful experience in a urgent health problem.

They were very concerned not only for my husband but for his family too. I received updated during his surgery with this special App called "Family First" my kids and some friends were able to be updated through Harry's surgery.. This was very much appreciated. And comforting. The nurse Lisa would actually call me at home when he made any progress. Mike the nurse was my husband's favorite nurse. The experience was a great one even in a very scary situation. We also had a private waiting room that was very helpful for family to gather.

I was able to get An appointment, the receptionist was super helpful and the wait was within 15 minutes of my appointment even though there were many people in the waiting room. The tech who did my scan asked me questions, explained the process and asked me to wait after to ensure the scan was good and the initial reading didn't show anything concerning. I appreciated that very much. The results were uploaded to MyChart within the hour. Very efficient and nice people. Because I went in within 2 hours of my appointment, the insurance had not approved my test. They waited until the last minute to see If it would be approved and gave me the option to pay out of pocket or reschedule. I didn't have time or want to risk having a problem, so unpaid out of pocket and will working out with my insurance. They were very upfront about it and I liked having the option.

** STAY AWAY FROM Morristown Medical Center **…read more ** DO NOT GOT HERE AT ALL ** * Complete Incompetence * Zero Medical knowledge * Zero Accountability * Zero Leadership * Zero Empathy My 20-year-old daughter was a patient at Morristown Medical Center for more than two years. She experienced chronic pain, mobility challenges, and cognitive issues, yet the medical care she received was inadequate. She was admitted more than five times for the same symptoms and never received a diagnosis. In total, her hospital stays exceeded 120 days. I contacted the patient complaint department several times, but each time I was given the runaround. She did not receive appropriate treatment and spent much of that time lying in her room without meaningful progress. Meanwhile, MMC billed my insurance company millions of dollars. After we took her to another hospital, she was diagnosed and received proper treatment. I do not want to provide additional details for legal reasons, but she is now recovering.

If you actually care about yourself or your loved one's wellbeing, DO NOT COME TO ST. CLARE'S HOSPITAL!! Front desk staff to the so-called medical professionals have been nothing but abhorrent and rude since the day our loved one suffered her stroke. Rather than a pleasant greeting, front desk is condescending from the get go, and I haven't even spoken yet! Our mother has been left in her own filth for DAYS, not repositioned for hours, case manager keeps pressuring us to move her to hospice care only 3 DAYS after admission. The doctor wanted to observe her for at least a week, but only after 3 days we have been pressured hourly to sign documents to transfer her to hospice care. What happened to trying to save her life??? This place is basically forcing her to her death for their convenience. The staff spends more time switching-up regulations, and trying to kick family out of the room then actually taking care of their patient. Family members have been the ones to clean her, reposition and massage her, and exercise her. If we're lucky, they'll drain her catheter once in 24 hours. Her room has not been cleaned since her admission and smells so strongly of urine. I've taken it upon myself to clean and disinfect the room as housecleaning has done nothing but empty the trash can in the 5 days we've been here. St. Clare's Hospital in Dover needs to be shut down. The moment you advocate for yourself/loved one they will likely retaliate. Find care elsewhere, because you'll receive anything but care or compassion at this cesspool.

This was the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. I have visited this facility many times…read moreand usually received decent service. However, today's visit was especially disappointing. I waited over an hour in the waiting area, even though there were no other patients in the waiting room waiting. Perhaps there was one person being seen.  When I was finally called in, the assistant took my vitals, then the doctor entered the room. She didn't introduce herself (I later learned that her name is (Bernice Monroe )and kept asking if I had been wheezing. I responded negatively, and she briefly listened to my lungs and heart--about ten seconds. She then said she would prescribe a steroid, claiming it would treat the condition if it was allergies. I questioned this, clarifying that my symptoms didn't suggest allergies, and explained I'd been experiencing a chest cough and chest pain for several days. During this, she visibly yawned, looking tired rather than disinterested. I voiced my concerns about the steroid, noting there was no reason to prescribe it. I asked if she detected signs of pneumonia or bronchitis, and she responded no, but still planned to prescribe a steroid for allergies. She said if my symptoms worsened, possibly indicating bronchitis, it would treat that too--despite my clear statements to the contrary. I also pointed out she hadn't examined my ears, nose, or throat. She rolled her eyes and said, "oh, it's one of those days," before grabbing a tongue depressor. When I asked her to wear gloves, as she had requested me to open my mouth, she threw the depressor away, declared she was done, and left. I was so shocked by this lack of care that I told the waiting people they were about to be seen by a terrible doctor. This outburst was completely unlike me. I was just so outraged. I am at a loss for words about this whole experience. I am very disappointed because this location is quite convenient for me.
